Hello all. Cheltenham in the rain again and "her indoors" is off to a postcard fair at the racecourse. I suppose I will be acting chauffeur again, well one does have to the decent thing. Then I will be free to wallow in sherry trifle or alternatively do a bit of genealogy.

Unlike Hilary's and my football team (didn't we do well - hope same score Wednesday) who are second to top I am second to bottom. Accordingly I am now attempting to try a miracle so can I dump my best performing share SFL and go for long JRVS. Reckon that will cement my position nicely ;-)

A friend was unpleasant last week and you know when you dont want to trade or do anything...well I took refuge in here and I just want to say thanks to everyone for being so pleasant, GD for pampering and of course Socs for making me laugh. By the way boys, sorry but I've got to admit to owning a Porsche so there goes the fantasy!
Great escapism though, suppose I'll have to get ready for the knocks and kicks of real life tomorrow.
ps. Wheres the butler, he never did get to my feet!

Bloody wish it did Snoball (it could be a sauna then) no bumpy plaster where a builder fell through when doing my new bathroom upstairs....but woodn't(Ha ha) I plane it then? No dont get into technicalities...if either filled, then both sanded, yes?
