g`luck

Positive trading today; summary figures under-estimate the buy/sell ratio because sells include a 1million trade sale for which there is, of course, a buyer. Baza - time yet to join the MoneyAM golf challenge if you take to like a duck to water. More drivel from II. Better for SEO that Biotec take cash as the funds raised will have been taken by institutional investors and brokers who will be making a turn on sales to their investor base. Doubt whether there will even be a ripple on the market.

As the strategy rolls out you gradually get a fuller picture. For instance, the comment about the US deal(s) following the completion of the third trial. First, this shows how important these trials are for SEO as well as ASDA. Second, there marketing value should not be under-estimated in proving the case to the US majors, including, of course, Wal-Mart. II sticks with his nasty minimilast position and will be saying the same things when SEO hits 1billion! lol! Interesting that he has stopped arguing that the true price should be 4p given that it has taken SEO 1 day to raise 6million plus at 21.25p. He continues to evade what the real reason is for putting such a huge amount of time into researching knocking copy for SEO. I suspect it is, in fact, that he is funded to do so by BPRG. If he says no, who is going to believe him?

Thanks for the invite to Golf Eric - but I have tried it before - and quite frankly it was embarrassing - so thank you - but I will respectfully decline your kind offer until I can at least hit the ball.

again sooo frustrating, as soon as it revs. up a bit the stop loss/gains get a grip, even steven buy/sells AGAIN,it just hasn`t got the buying momentum needed.Watch the spread increase next.
ah well see what June 13 brings.

bosley - 09 Jun 2005 11:18 - 5612 of 27111

Sequestor - 09 Jun 2005 11:35 - 5614 of 27111

there goes that fc&&8g spread , boll$% to this , i`m off out,I expect the interest rate to have dropped a tick on return, as I closed out my FTSE short position- just my present luck for that to happ[en.

bosley - 09 Jun 2005 11:35 - 5615 of 27111

just been looking at the pattern before and after the last placing in feb. there is an increase in price from the announcement to the day the new shares come into play. there then follows a few down days. so far , things are looking the same.

stockdog - 09 Jun 2005 11:35 - 5616 of 27111

I guess there may be many programme traders who are selling at 25p - once the target price from 6, 8, 15 - wherever they started from. Can't blame them for taking a slice of profits to place elsewhere (that's the numbers game that will always make fund managers underperform private investors), but porbably still leaving a good slice in for further gains.

Anyway, the selling's not stopping the momentum of this story which continues to be a total page-turner.

Will be more of the same tomorrow - may be reversed with a morning down and afternoon up - not all the sells are sells today - the reported buy/sell ratio is more in buys than sells IMO - I think there has been a lot of discounting for high volume buys - allowing them through at under mid-price - that does not bode well - any share when you can buy under mid means the MMs are selling to PIs with a view to very shortly getting a load back or they have a massive amount to be sold and are quietly off loading whilst everyone thinks its sells - which may not bode well for Monday when those 44M are able to be sold.

hewittalan6 - 09 Jun 2005 15:30 - 5624 of 27111

New rule for the bashers.
When all else fails and your doom-mongering predictions are wrong, turn the entire world on its head and propose that sells are not sells, buys are not buys and Santa Claus is a direct relation of the Tooth Fairy.
Why should anyone believe that the reported sells are buys? It may well be the case, but we are now into the bashing of opinion, rather than anything based on fact.
For the good of your soul, I hope you are right, For the good of my wallet, I hope you are wrong. But as a by the way, what happens if all those shares getting dumped on Monday don't get dumped. What if everyone decides to hold, institutions and investors alike. Will you then admit defeat?

insiderinside - 09 Jun 2005 15:42 - 5625 of 27111

hewitt - I often test the water with a proposed large buy of a stock - if I get offered mid or below I avoid - some people think wow this is great and I can buy cheap - I say avoid and do not buy - they do not sell below or at mid for the fun of it.

IMO There may be an RNS Monday (1 or up to 12 more conversions) - trial update - so as some clear ramping elsewhere (not here) gets more people in - those 44M get sold of quickly to PIs - the price stays static - everyone says "why is it not going up" and the broker with the 44M shares at 21p happily sells them at 25p/26p until people realise what is happening IMO - all planned in advance IMO - lets see if happens like it normally does.

Then again there may not be an RNS and it will be another Monday large drop.
