MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

tabasco,

You are being silly here, it's nothing to do with MAM, and IP trackers are all over ADVFN.

Unless the sites switch off HTML code, which would mean pictures and charts could not be posted either, IP trackers cannot be stopped.

ADVFN have refused to switch off HTML.

Big Al - 02 Jan 2009 12:31 - 5654 of 8631

One day he might stop making a t*t of himself - we live in hope. ;-))

Big Al - 02 Jan 2009 12:51 - 5657 of 8631

We await your decision with baited breath, Tabatha. ;-0

Sounds more like a case for Jason Bourne, Treb. LOL!

Big Al - 02 Jan 2009 12:53 - 5658 of 8631

Helluva lot of blue about today. Naturally MDX is not one of them. Of course it's not red either. Must be party time in the zoo. ;-)

Gausie - 02 Jan 2009 12:57 - 5659 of 8631

Tabby - before you make an even bigger fool of yourself, check out your black swan posts on the other side - which you made whilst the less technically challenged were demonstrating IP tracking skills .....

Dil - 02 Jan 2009 13:02 - 5660 of 8631

What moaning git do you post as on ADVFN tabby , they all sound like you on there.

tabasco - 02 Jan 2009 13:05 - 5661 of 8631

Gausie.keep trying .keep editing..

Dil - 02 Jan 2009 13:09 - 5662 of 8631

Go quietly Gausie you know it makes sense.

Bet you thought it was right for some of the clowns in the zoo to post RT's address up on the thread half a dozen times over xmas hey tabby ?

Haystack - 02 Jan 2009 13:32 - 5663 of 8631

Dill
These days, your IP address will locate you to your exact address in some cases. Send me your IP address then. If you use Ipod touch via wifi and use the google feature to locate yourself, it is often accurate to a few less than a hundred metres. It is all done via internet and not GPS.

Haystack - 02 Jan 2009 13:36 - 5664 of 8631

tabby
If you go on BBs or access any webs sites at all then you freely reveal your IP address. That makes it in the public domain.

Dil - 02 Jan 2009 13:41 - 5665 of 8631

Haystack mine says I'm in Frankfurt .... or New York if I feel like it.

I'll email it to you.

:-)

Dil - 02 Jan 2009 13:52 - 5666 of 8631

Sent you something Haystack but not sure the info is what you need.

tabasco - 02 Jan 2009 13:52 - 5667 of 8631

The Data Protection Act gives individuals the right to know what information is held about them. It provides a framework to ensure that personal information is handled properly.
The Act works in two ways. Firstly, it states that anyone who processes personal information must comply with eight principles, which make sure that personal information is:
Fairly and lawfully processed
Processed for limited purposes
Adequate, relevant and not excessive
Accurate and up to date
Not kept for longer than is necessary
Processed in line with your rights
Secure
Not transferred to other countries without adequate protection
The second area covered by the Act provides individuals with important rights, including the right to find out what personal information is held on computer and most paper records.
Should an individual or organisation feel they're being denied access to personal information they're entitled to, or feel their information has not been handled according to the eight principles, they can contact the Information Commissioner's Office for help. Complaints are usually dealt with informally, but if this isn't possible, enforcement action can be taken.

Gausie by stating on AM bbs addresses of properties that I own you contravene at least three points of the act.if AM take no further actionthey have by definition sanctioned your actionsI wait with baited breath

Dil - 02 Jan 2009 13:56 - 5668 of 8631

Out of interest tabby how would moneyam know you have three properties ? Do you go round posting from each of them ?

Just wondering.

ptholden - 02 Jan 2009 13:58 - 5669 of 8631

Depends if the information (if accurate) is/was already in the public domain. I imagine you were one of the morons who applauded the posting of Trevellion's home address over in the zoo?

Haystack - 02 Jan 2009 14:04 - 5670 of 8631

Tabby
The Data protection Act only really covers information that is held. I would assume that Gaussie doesn't keep such records. I used to be the registered data controller person when I owned a software company. Nothing has been revealed that is in contravention of the act. As I said earlier, you freely pass your IP address when you access web sites and this is in the public domain.

Haystack - 02 Jan 2009 14:05 - 5671 of 8631

Dil
Yes, I traced it. It says you are half way up a Welsh hillside and the satellite image show someone doing an unspeakable act to a sheep.

Gausie - 02 Jan 2009 14:06 - 5672 of 8631

Tabby - you're a clown.

If you're complaining about my use of data then your beef is with me as an individual. And, between the two of us, I'm not registered under the dpa, nor do I need to be.

Despite the fact that I need not be registered, to adress your concerns, and in keeping with the act, either send me a tenner or the equivalent value in MDX shares (which i fear would be an infinite number) and I'll provide you with a dump of any personal information I have on my PC about you and hawaii's principle export.

One other thing - I'm curious - what are you baiting your breath with? I'm afraid Pineapples dont do it for me.
