SUPERSCAPE MOBILE GAMES GO LIVE ON 18TH TARGETED NETWORK OPERATOR



Superscape Group plc, (LSE:SPS), the world's leading 3D mobile games publisher,
announces that a number of its 2D and 3D mobile games titles have gone live on
one of the company's targeted network operators. Superscape's games are now
available on eighteen of the company's targeted list of twenty global operators.
These are Verizon, China Mobile, Vodafone, Cingular, Sprint, Vivo, Optus, 3,
Nextel, O2, AT&T, Alltel, Rogers, TMobile, Telefonica, SmarTone, SK Telecom and
Orange.

I pointed lemminginvestor to todays RNS 5 mins after I read it, but they were aware of the losses not going down very fast, and are not going to cover SPS.

Still with mobile technology, Superscape, which makes games playable on phones, rose 3 per cent to 25p on talk that up to ten bidders could be looking at buying the group, including Electronic Arts, Sony and Microsoft. Superscape is thought to be keen to compile a shortlist before its interims on 17 October.

Great news...this is starting to look very good!

From today's Times:-

Superscape held steady at 26p, despite talk that Thursdays mobile gaming agreement between Vodafone and Electronic Arts could hasten a tie-up with the latter. Superscape already has a tie-up with Vodafone in 3D games, an area where EA has no expertise.

This is undoubtedly going to lead EA placing a much higher premium on SPS. The good news for holders is that there are rumoured to be 10 potential bidders in all. EA will see the biggest synergy through the Vodafone agreement and with demand now starting to fizz in China and developing Asia, they will have to buy in the expertise and capability to make the deal a reality.

I think the next 2 -3 weeks will be very very interesting.

What is SPS worth per share? anyone got any factual info to share?

Quiet here these days -- what, if anything, is happening with SPS?

i sold up the other day at a 60% loss (quite a big holding too) and sp has gone down even more since. Shares mag calling it a dog at moment, where are all the people gone who wanted too buy the company?? Little news about income from the company. Still keeping my eye on it though because you never know.

Surprised nobody has posted on the Superscape thread yet following the positive update regarding third quarter trading. "Strong growth", "very encouraging trading" "favourable mobile gaming market" etc.etc.

Admit it is unlikely the share price will achieve 70 again, the graph is uninspiring, but patience could be rewarded.

Just my luck to bring out a slightly postive statement a week after I sold at a 60% loss. shares mag were showing some hope a couple of months ago but recently changed its stance calling it a dog. Sometimes it hard to know which way to turn.

New to this expensive game. Does the trade type AT stand for automatic trades? If so automatic seller appears to have finished and an automatic buyer has taken his place. Hope he doesn't run out of money.
