Welcome Positive Trader. Positive but balanced and exactly as I see it. There ii goes again with his negative twaddle. A positive acquisition (see PM's quote referring to lemminginvestor) with the initial payment in cash. He refuses to answer my comment suggesting that he is acting on behalf of BPRG. Its not really a significant dilution anyway and, with KBC Peel Hunt as advisors, I would be pretty certain that they have been placed with stable institutions.

bhunt1910 Hi,

RE -

Now if you were the boss of SEO and there was about to be another 44m shares put into circulation on Monday - when would you issue another RNS?.

My guess is that something (but not WalMart) will be announced on Monday. IMO

Baza

If I were going to release an RNS, I would do that on Tuesday, just to teach the sellers a lesson, SEO is at the start of something massive. Also you cannot hold back a price sensitive RNS, you could however roughly work out when a deal would be signed, and limit the placing shares being listed, to the day before.

Cheers,
PM

I bow to the experience of those who seem to know what they are doing.

Either way - the next week could be very interesting!!

What happens on Monday with the new shares does not matter, unless you are trying to trade to increase your holding, and you may get caught if your not back in at the right time.

As the days and weeks unfold you will see your investment grow.Just relax and dont panic

Goog luck all

I get the feeling that Asda have "screwed" SE0 - I think the problem is like I predicted earlier - suppliers are not willing to pay 25K for a conversion or a 25K per year license fee for 5 years - this is why we are seeing tiny orders (1 so far and maybe around 10 more only coming).

In my earlier posts I expected Asda to want the biggest benefit in price reduction - then the suppliers want to be able to recover ROI in a short period of time - and it leaves nothing for SE0.

This Greenseal could potentially be just a red herring - which may end up on the scrap heap unless SE0 are willing to sell it off very cheap. How many people drive Hybrid or Electric cars ? Not a lot - as if it costs a lot on initial investment and the ROI is a long time - then who is going to do it - and the same goes for all green issues - thats life and business - what you will not do with no immediate benefit - so will others.

Come on SEO - tell the world what you sold that one machine for and what was - if any - the license fee - then we can see if Greenseal holds any future potential or just simply will be a lame duck.

Over 1000 machine conversions (at this expected 25K sale and 25K per year for 5 years license fee) are in the price - total sales 1 - required by October 31st 2005 at least I would say 80 more - IF the sales price is lower than 25K per conversion - and I strongly think it is now as well as much reduced license fees - when this "real" selling price and "real" license fee information gets known it will seriously effect all "hyper" forecasts.

The people with a vested interest to pump the price up are still talking about Frogpack - Starpol - potential from this loss making Biotec company - and everything else - but reality is order levels for Greenseal conversion are basically nothing - being only 1 - and projected incoming orders are abysmal at around 10 more potentially in the short term.

To protect themselves from people looking into the books too early - IMO Interim reporting is going to get pushed back.

This may be the reason why so much fund raising going on - they know that hyped projected income is now going to be much lower levels - and need to cover themselves in advance - who knows - lets see.

DYOR.

'but reality is order levels for Greenseal conversion are basically nothing - being only 1 - and projected incoming orders are abysmal at around 10 more potentially in the short term.'

I particularly like the bit where he uses a made up number (10) as a 'projected incoming order'. Projected by what, the rest of the shit coming out of the bull's ass?

I have copied this from another Board with the owners permisiion - thought it was interesting

__===+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
From Instinct trader (yesterday)

Good morning all

I did a chart on the 'other' board last night - post 46654 where I suggested the price would fall today. 25p is a crucial resistance point as it marked the neckline of a Head and Shouders formation at +-20May. That is why I wanted to get through yesterday. There is excellent support at this level (24p) on the closing chart, so not worried at all. The main resistance will be at 26.25p.

Those who cannot see the chart on the 'other' board, this is what I said:

25p was a crucial resistance point today. If it cannot break through tomorrow, in the absence of news, it might need a few more days to get through the key 26.25p resistance. The 50MA is up, the trendlines are all up and the Ascending Triangle that will ensue should see breakout of 26.25p in the next few days. Do not worry if there are any slight pullbacks. There are some resistance points now that we have had this dip. All the lines are facing north, so do not worry. We will get through soon enough. Just chill and enjoy the ride. Besides, knowing SEO, there could be news anytime which will override the chart.
Good night all.

That is absolute nosense and ii knows it. He has not denied that he is funded by BPRG to pump out this negative nonsense on SEO. ASDA have put a great deal of effort into the Greenseal trials: why, because then their suppliers will be obligated (i.e. optherwise lose financially) to adopt the product to their mutual benefit, thus taking an important initiative in the market. Anyone who has any level of understanding knows this, except ii who deliberately chooses not to accept the evidence. Do you accept what Tony Ruane says ("this could well turn out to be the biggest thing in packaging for years") or the drivel pumped out by ii. The price to ASDA suppliers is already contracted (cf. KBC Peel Hunt and Evolution) and the payments to their suppliers governed by a profit share on the arrangements with SEO.

Most unlikely that there will be any significant sales on Monday for the new sharres. Thus no need for an RNS on Monday or Tuesday. Understandably, the hot money gets impatient, but it is the solid investment money which supports the sp at which SEO have achieved their recent placing in 24 hours flat. If the sp eases back towards the support level at 21.25p then that is an opportunity to top up investments. The key RNS will be that on a US deal which may be a few weeks away.

Perhaps the problem is the Cut To Open RF Welded seal is not that appealing to consumers long term - a slight rise then people go fickle and want their "same old easy to open peelable lids" on their Salmon ?

There does seem to be some problems somewhere.

The figure of around 10 is also posted by people with a vested interest to pump the price up elsewhere who are saying "12 more coming soon".

Perhaps the problem is also that this RF sealing head is not easily interchangeable like the Proseal solution I advised earlier - where the head can be changed in minutes for different tray sizes and shapes - perhaps RF heads are not flexible and cause losses in extended downtime ?

You have to admit there is something wrong - EVOs forecasted "loads in April" is looking quite stupid now - did they change their report to cover that ?

jimmy b - 10 Jun 2005 12:20 - 5684 of 27111

when will it occur to you that nobody's taking any notice.

EWRobson - 10 Jun 2005 12:21 - 5685 of 27111

baza: Accept your chartist's view is more likely than my reference to the support level at 21.25p. with the definition of an ascending triangle; not clear that it is ascending, though. My surmise was that there may be several weeks before firm news about the US: nature abhors a vacuum and hot money abhors lack of news. However, we are repeating the sideways trading previously experienced at 15p and 21p. The third part of the second leg from 6p, i.e. that to 30p is still to be completed. I suspect, that there is TA money support at around the current level but that it will be the fundamentalists who bring the breakthrough, no doubt on a positive RNS, hotly pursued by the TA guys. My conclusion is: add on weakness.

insiderinside - 10 Jun 2005 12:24 - 5686 of 27111

EWRobson - I do not normally reply to such stupid questions - but as you insist down this route instead of discussing whats gone wrong - let me state once and for all I am not funded by anyone - paid by anyone - for my posts - if you wish to keep trying to BASH me - fine - better to stick to the company as they seem to be in trouble and having problems.

You keep posting the "forward looking comments" with wording that means NOTHING - "could" "perhaps" "maybe" "expected" "hope" and that kind of wording which gives positive impression that serves no purpose as it is hypothetical - Tony Ruane said "could", SEO keep saying "expect" "hope for".

Perhaps you would like to read the earlier RNS about the Asda deal which clearly states " Asda suppliers will convert where practical" - but no definition of what is practical - it could mean in fact every one of the suppliers will say "not practical for me - sorry"

The whole feed of RNS and news has had "spin" wording - no definition - no "concrete" statements - plenty of rope for the PIs to hang themselves with by misunderstanding the real meaning.

The price to Asda suppliers is not fixed and has not been divulged yet - maybe we can see it at interims ???

EWRobson - 10 Jun 2005 12:24 - 5687 of 27111

What is also clear, jimmy, is that ii ignores any posts which refute his position. He has chosen not to respond to the challenge that he is funded by (or acting on behalf of) BPRG. They are reduced to a bit player anyway so I suspect ii is sick in the pit of his stomach as well as spewing his garbage all over this thread.

insiderinsidetheloonybin, still bashing Stanelco on all BB's available, still using other aliases to back up your own ridiculously negative stance on Stanelco, still posting your imaginations diahhrea all over the place, still losing money by not investing in Stanelco, still losing money by working for and investing(LOL !) in BPRG, still posting even though everyone has left you on your own on ADVFN, and everyone else, on every other board is either filtering you, or laughing at you.

You are sad, very very sad.

if GENUINE LARGE SAVINGS can be made using SEO knowhow,it matters not a jot what conversions/royalties cost. money in the bank is what counts.

jimmy b - 10 Jun 2005 12:32 - 5691 of 27111

What would be nice sir is if you would come on to some other threads and give your expert opinion, your obviously so clued up. How about starting with NLR , i'd love to know .

ptholden - 10 Jun 2005 12:34 - 5692 of 27111

Can't understand why you don't all have IIdiot filtered. I don't mind reading both sides of an arguement, but the same old drivel, innuendo and twisting of facts bored me to death weeks ago. Filtered he is and filtered he will remain.

insiderinside - 10 Jun 2005 12:35 - 5693 of 27111

superrod - I agree - but the only comments on savings are again "up to" "up to" - I still believe this conversion kit may have benefit on an old beat up machine - but IMO it cannot give any real savings against a latest up to date normal HS machine.

Then also - why spend money to convert the old one - why not just buy a new high speed latest HS one - and reduce manpower overheads with the higher speed ?

This IMO is why the sales are slow - fundamental problems that in reality in most cases there is no savings - only in extreme cases.

SEO remember - have said nothing - only others have said there is massive potential - SEO are all in the clear if this did - not saying it will - go down the pan.

stockdog - 10 Jun 2005 12:35 - 5694 of 27111

baza, eric - I can't see the head and shoulders, unless SEO was carrying a very heavy shoulder bag in previous weeks. Looks to me like a continuation of past patterns - big leg up on good news followed by mild retracement to a new support level, often with a triangular formation, before breaking up again. More inclined to Eric's legs than Instinct's h&s - but that's just a dog's-eye view of the world!
