Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

J.

Madison,ptholden,

We are still looking for this bug, it is proving rather elusive :/

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 31 Aug 2004 15:36 - 570 of 616

all,

I am going to restart all of the level1 streamers, this will result in your connects dropping and then reestablishing.

If after a few minutes stockwatch/trades are not reconnected, please press ctrl-f5.

Ian

I have noticed that if a chart defaults back to the maintenance day and you then select an'overlay' or 'indicator' and press 'Go' the chart corrects back to the current date. Hope this helps.

Can I join in even if you haven't fixed it?

:-)

Re Stockwatch - Very nearly half of the stock in my portfolio are showing transposed figures for "Bid" and "Offer" - got me a little excited before I twigged !!

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 31 Aug 2004 19:00 - 576 of 616

Ian T
Stockwatch closing prices all over the place, bid/offer prices reversed and prices quoted not making any sense.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 03 Sep 2004 08:07 - 585 of 616

optomistic,

we are still actively working on the closing price issue, and it is top of our priority list.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 03 Sep 2004 08:08 - 586 of 616

all,

news flag should now be working on HTML stockwatch.

teletigger - 03 Sep 2004 08:23 - 587 of 616

Sir Tullett......I've still got the problem of the 3 minute delay on stockwatch. Nothing for 3 minutes, then a rush of all the previous trades going through, then nothing for another 3 minutes. Even the footsie clock stops. A lot of my small-cap streaming trades don't work either. :-)
regards

IanT(MoneyAM) - 03 Sep 2004 08:27 - 588 of 616

teletigger,

What stocks are you watching - can you givge me some epic codes so that I can see if I can reproduce the problem?
