THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

It is what you do with power which matters.

Zero-hours? quite right to... soon be down to Bangladesh levels of prosperity?

A few weeks ago.

215,

Have this feeling that Lib/Dems may not do as badly as is currently supposed.

Fred1new - 25 Feb 2015 22:14 - 56998 of 81564

Also, the unemployment figures are also being camouflaged by "low paid apprenticeships".

It is repeat behaviour of Maggie Thatcher period with expansion of students in the 90s to camouflage her failings.

Followed by Blair's Stupidity of 50% of "school leavers going to university".

Chris Carson - 25 Feb 2015 22:14 - 56999 of 81564

Better than Labour in Scotland anyway, which won't be hard :0)

Fred1new - 26 Feb 2015 08:10 - 57000 of 81564

All it needs is a little smear here and there!

Fred1new - 26 Feb 2015 08:12 - 57001 of 81564

Or perhaps more specific!

MaxK - 26 Feb 2015 08:39 - 57002 of 81564

On that topic Fred, something else for you not to read...

Max.

I don't know what you were on last night, but stop seeing "pink elephants".

There you are, you have done it again!

8-)

PS.

Why shouldn't they seek election, or even you doing similar!

MaxK - 26 Feb 2015 08:54 - 57004 of 81564

It's no different from #57004 ... money/connections seeking influence.

Fred1new - 26 Feb 2015 09:01 - 57005 of 81564

As long as they are on the straight and narrow, no problems.

Otherwise a teacher's child could not become a teacher etc. which seems daft to me!

UMM.

--------

An interesting summary even if a repeat.

This Could Be the Most Interesting U.K. Election Ever

The only thing is don't bet on SNP getting more than 20-25 Westminster seats.

2517GEORGE - 26 Feb 2015 10:03 - 57008 of 81564

derF, your oft repeated post re Zero hours, and the Labour Party is a beneficiary, having their own employees on this arrangement.

Net migration at 298,000 for heavens sake this is getting rediculous , do they do nothing to stop it .

jimmy b - 26 Feb 2015 10:21 - 57010 of 81564

No they don't ,you won't recognise the UK in 20 years from now .

VICTIM - 26 Feb 2015 10:32 - 57011 of 81564

jimmy b you are so right , It's beyond belief this is what people don't realise . These people breed and all we are doing is inheriting other countries problems . We have areas of all nationalities .A Somalian quarter etc .
