THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Max.

I don't know what you were on last night, but stop seeing "pink elephants".

There you are, you have done it again!

8-)

PS.

Why shouldn't they seek election, or even you doing similar!

MaxK - 26 Feb 2015 08:54 - 57004 of 81564

It's no different from #57004 ... money/connections seeking influence.

Fred1new - 26 Feb 2015 09:01 - 57005 of 81564

As long as they are on the straight and narrow, no problems.

Otherwise a teacher's child could not become a teacher etc. which seems daft to me!

Q. What did the buffalo say to his son as he went off to school?

A. Bison

UMM.

--------

An interesting summary even if a repeat.

This Could Be the Most Interesting U.K. Election Ever

The only thing is don't bet on SNP getting more than 20-25 Westminster seats.

2517GEORGE - 26 Feb 2015 10:03 - 57008 of 81564

derF, your oft repeated post re Zero hours, and the Labour Party is a beneficiary, having their own employees on this arrangement.

Net migration at 298,000 for heavens sake this is getting rediculous , do they do nothing to stop it .

jimmy b - 26 Feb 2015 10:21 - 57010 of 81564

No they don't ,you won't recognise the UK in 20 years from now .

VICTIM - 26 Feb 2015 10:32 - 57011 of 81564

jimmy b you are so right , It's beyond belief this is what people don't realise . These people breed and all we are doing is inheriting other countries problems . We have areas of all nationalities .A Somalian quarter etc .

jimmy b - 26 Feb 2015 10:38 - 57012 of 81564

Adam Hills said on the Last Leg the other night that immigrants pay something like 10 times more tax than they take in benefits ,that's great and i'm sure most east euro's come here to work (i would if i was in their shoes) but so many young brits can't get jobs and when they do it's on zero hours contracts and rubbish money ,,, take it or leave it .

Stan - 26 Feb 2015 10:40 - 57013 of 81564

Well why do you keep voting for these Parties then you right wingers?

Are you still going to vote Con and or now some the Kippers at the next GE? if so you will be posting the same stuff decade after decade on here I suspect as neither seem as though they are going to do any thing about keeping the population at a more manageable level despite their rhetoric.

And don't continue bleating on about what the last lot did because you have had 5 years to do something practical about it and have failed.

2517GEORGE - 26 Feb 2015 10:41 - 57014 of 81564

VICTIM, I think the people realise, unfortunately our ''Leaders'' stand idly by whilst kowtowing to our EU ''friends''

2517GEORGE - 26 Feb 2015 10:42 - 57015 of 81564

So what is your solution Stan.
2517

Stan - 26 Feb 2015 10:43 - 57016 of 81564

How many more times, don't vote for them.

MaxK - 26 Feb 2015 10:46 - 57017 of 81564

Dote vote for who?

There's not a fag papers difference between the main three.

2517GEORGE - 26 Feb 2015 10:54 - 57018 of 81564

Stan, so who do we vote for in order to stop the huge number of migrants.
2517

VICTIM - 26 Feb 2015 10:58 - 57019 of 81564

It does sound anti these people from me , but surely you just can't keep filling this country up and up . Why does it take so long to do things , what happened to the points system mentioned must be 2 years ago. God help the kids of tommorow and the infrastructure.

jimmy b - 26 Feb 2015 10:58 - 57020 of 81564

Vote for me ,i will rule Britain from Blenheim Palace with apache gunships parked on the front lawn .

Stan - 26 Feb 2015 11:05 - 57021 of 81564

Max, I assume you mean by the main parties the biggest in numbers at the last election, at present I.E. "Con", Blue Lab and Dim Libs?

You can also dismiss the Kippers because most standing for them are a bunch of disillusioned "Con" party people, so just as corrupt and incompetent as the original "Con" artists.

You will then have to look at who else is standing in your constituency and then make a "positive judgement" on who/which party is going to actually put in law what you want.

For the above consultation I will bill you between 5 and 8000 £s if that's alright... Your details please?

Ed: Consultation applies to George as well I see.

VICTIM - 26 Feb 2015 11:13 - 57022 of 81564

I'm coming to the conclusion that these Parties , any of them are content to let this carry on . Yep, let them in they'll spend money all good for our economy while we are in power . The fact a lot send money home may have elluded them. Am I far wrong.
