THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Max,

That is what the torrids are hiding from!

TANKER - 10 Mar 2015 13:23 - 57416 of 81564

fred your mother throw away the best part of you when you were born .
she was silly

MaxK - 10 Mar 2015 13:27 - 57417 of 81564

It all started under Blairhole's watch Fred, read the article.

Fred1new - 10 Mar 2015 13:29 - 57418 of 81564

Max,

If torrids were to be elected in May, expect the gap between the "established" and "lower" paid groups to increase rapidly if their proposed policies go ahead.

But then expect a severe backlash when they are thrown out!

====-=-=-=-=

Max,

Yes, read it, but he was the last elected tory leader, wasn't he!

That was the tear away period on the out of control bankers and fund managers (tory party bankers) and the crazy housing market (buy a house to-day and sell it for 10% more to-morrow.)

Bur go back a little and look the similarities between this period with the "construction an housing market" in the golden boy of the Tory party Ted Heath and the present period.

Same outdated economic policies to give a lift to the "market".

Also, the coalition has had 5 years to address the problem rather than stoke it with their policies. (Is there another boom burst on horizon with their present housing policies?)

Fred you really are one arrogant prick .
-----------------------------

Perhaps, reflect on 1930s in Germany and the rhetoric of that period.

Many might think the words reflect your core values
---------------------------

The two lines above are what you wrote i don't need anyone to explain it to me .

Fred1new - 10 Mar 2015 14:23 - 57421 of 81564

Then get a dictionary and check the meaning of the words contained in the comment!

cynic - 10 Mar 2015 15:03 - 57422 of 81564

ah jimmy, i'm afraid you've been suckered by fred's default defense that i outlined earlier

ExecLine - 10 Mar 2015 15:25 - 57423 of 81564

Fred has several defences to criticisms of his posts. The prize is a carrot to anyone who can put them in a list.

cynic - 10 Mar 2015 15:30 - 57424 of 81564

i would like to say that fred sits on de fence, but that wouldn't be true
it would also be unkind and also not true if i hoped the palings had been well sharpened by vlad's soldiers

ExecLine - 10 Mar 2015 15:32 - 57425 of 81564

.

Fred1new - 10 Mar 2015 15:36 - 57426 of 81564

Exec.

Interesting ".".

Be more specific about the defences you are suggesting I use without resorting to personal attack.

I am interested in your list, but hope that it is coherent and not too tortuous.

cynic - 10 Mar 2015 15:39 - 57427 of 81564

split chestnut is favourite :-)

jimmy b - 10 Mar 2015 16:41 - 57428 of 81564

I really can't be bothered to argue with any one in cyber space but i do like MAM and i have posted here for a very long time however i do take exception to be compared with someone who believes in the holocaust .

Even more to the point is if you knew about my life and the type of people i have worked/spent time with ,very few were white British .

cynic - 10 Mar 2015 16:51 - 57429 of 81564

jimmy - i THINK you made a typo .... please re-read, or least that post does not otherwise make much sense

jimmy b - 10 Mar 2015 17:02 - 57430 of 81564

In what way ? the only typo i made was that i didn't insult Fred !!

Fred1new - 10 Mar 2015 17:06 - 57431 of 81564

I hope he leaves my Mam out of it, or Dad maybe annoyed.

cynic - 10 Mar 2015 17:11 - 57432 of 81564

surely the holocaust was so-named by the survivors and others after the event

to hitler and his henchmen, it was merely the final solution to the "jewish question" and others who were deemed to fall into that sub-human category

jimmy b - 10 Mar 2015 17:15 - 57433 of 81564

Alright cynic don't get technical on me now .

cynic - 10 Mar 2015 17:27 - 57434 of 81564

i pretty much guessed what you were trying to say, though hadn't followed the nonsense ..... as fred knows, i can't be bothered with his silly diatribes, though occasionally he posts something sensible and interesting

we should put fred, MrT and mentor in the same room and only let out the last survivor .... it shouldn't take long :-)
