fred - get your facts straight ..... orthodox jews have two kitchens so they can follow strict kosher rules .... that is to say, dairy and meat should not be mixed (they curdle), and to take this to the extreme (i think) you therefore have two kitchens with separate everything to avoid x-contamination

you see similar in dubai where hotels can serve pork provided that it is cooked in an entirely separate environment
