If i had all my investments in this one stock, I would not be in a position to make a decision about Barry's nor Inghu's plans, because not enough is known about either plan to base an informed decision on, IMHO.

Barry has only outlined his plan, but the devil is in the detail, as they say.

Barry pointed out on ADVFN the other day he would not be posting the detail onto a public BB (quite right too IMO) so therefore without detailed knowledge I don't see how anyone could support either plan.

rang the number spoke to stasha, who says Tim Nicholson is dealing with MDX and can only say that the investigation will not end this month i asked who had the share suspended Finns or the board ... she couldnt answer that, i asked who is investigating the FSA ? she didnt want to answer i asked was it the police ? she said no its the FSA... she said you can call back and speak to Tim later he is about somewhere, so i asked will it be suspended next month and without hesitation said yes i would think it will be suspended well into next month.

jeff they were even ramping the price of that ... one recond it cost a fiver !!!
