Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

L2 crashed?

I'm not sure it's a version problem. I can't get L2 to run within etrades pro platform (just get a grey screen) but I can get L2 to run as a standalone screen from power etrade.

All grey screens for me here too on my terminal Ian...only charts are showing up...no L2 and trades and no shtocks :-(

This is related to the issue with the Java conflict - we are looking to see how this can be resolved for those customers effected,

yes Di, we believe it is specific to our java and certain versions some people are runnning on their machines,

just a grey screen, have downlaoded the lastest java, logged out and then back in but to no avail

This is related to my earlier comments on the thread. James is working on an applet re build which will hopefully cure this for those affected. I will let you knwo when this is available,

Been away for a week, logged on this morning but streaming won't connect even though I've logged off and on a couple of times. Any ideas please. Didn't have this problem before
