The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Al - you are another one who spends so much time on the meldex fred and yet it sounds like you are not invested....... :(
nellyb - Investing in this company has not exactly been successful for so many. I've been long and I've been short, neither of which probably counts for much here unfortunately. I have, however, held an interest in MDX (BPRG) since it floated.-------------------------------------

Hmm, thought I'd answered that one many moons ago.
Anyway here we go again. Obviously it takes several attempts before the thickest of the thick grasps it.
I have an interest in how well it does (or not) from a long or short viewpoint. That gives me the right to comment and trade either way, my little Pineapple Head. You worked out which is the right and the wrong way to insert the thing yet? Thought not - too much for your single under-sized grey cell, methinks.
ROFLMAO!
PS - it's "choose", my little uneducated friend. ;-))

The game's over and you were wrong, unlucky and lost. Get a grip on reality instead of listening to the zoo.
Mind you, as a fully paid up muppet, you're in one of the cages, aren't you? LOL!

Dear Meldex shareholder, I would like to inform you that the group of
shareholders with which I was working to bring about change in Meldex
has withdrawn from discussions with the company. I made a promise
that I would notify you and I'm keeping it.
For clarity, we sought extensive changes to the BOD, no immunity was
ever given, and we had 2.5m available for injection. The proposal was
very credible and would have been able to drive the company forward.
Skipping a few step for reasons mention below, and following an
extended visit to Cambridge HQ this week, we spoke to BJM at 11am this
morning, following our withdrawal.
He has asked that the content of that conversation remain confidential
for 48 hours.
In the interests of all shareholders we have agreed to adhere to his request
We appreciate this is a difficult time for everyone and asking for a
further 48 hours grace may be asking too much. But please make note of
the time of this post in 48 hours time (give or take 5 minutes) if
you have not heard things which we think you will be satisfied with,
we WILL post in full.
This post is sent from my user address but also with the knowledge and
full consent of Lexuss2.

This letter was sent to FinnCap at 10am this morning.
I am going to bed as I have had 1 hours sleep in the last 40.
Just like Neil, I will not post again for 48 hours.
Dear
Re Meldex International Plc
As you are aware, as part of the package to appoint Thomas Engelen as Executive Chairman and to facilitate the resignation of the Interim Chairman and the incumbent directors, I was offered a role as a non executive director.
I accepted that position last Friday on a non remunerative package and on the basis I was being appointed to safeguard the interests of the many private retail investors that are Meldexs shareholder base.
Before making my decision I gave weight to information previously given me which advised the company required an immediate injection of 500,000 and further working capital, in the medium term, of circa 2 million. Both of these amounts were in place and had it not been for the incompetence of the BOD in failing to advise appropriate bank account details, the first of those payments would have been made on Monday of this week; this is the only incompetence of the BOD I am grateful for.
Neil Narine and one other, together with Thomas Engelen and a well respected and known international financier, attended Cambridge on Monday with a view to spending the week finalising the business plan we had previously outlined. I travelled to Cambridge on Tuesday, arriving at 3pm, with the intention of spending the next three days with the team to assist in this task.
I have now returned to Bristol, having spent a mere five hours inside the company; neither I nor my colleagues will be returning. What I learned in those five hours has persuaded me I would not be able to discharge my duties to the shareholders as a non executive director and at the same time respect the integrity of the boardroom.
As a result I have to advise you I am no longer willing to act as a non executive director of Meldex.
I very much regret the need to write to you in this manner.

The whole thing is a charade. I hope I am wrong Tabby, but I'm afraid that MDX will have lost all credibility in the commercial and financial world and if it wasn't already fatally damaged, it probably will be now. I do really hope that something can be salvaged from the messy debacle that this has become.

Morning allthis saga will shortly come to an end.Lexxus and Inghu have worked hard for the benefit of the pis and I think almost all of us are gratefulI do not stand behind those that battered NeilI feel his closeness to RT was the only reason some posters lost the plot..I still believe they were used by the bod to stall for time as serious fraud has.. and was still taking placejm is sh*t scared of barrys actions lexuss revealed manipulation and deceit may have to be involved for the bod to except their plan.does this mean the Ks getting melbrosin for a gift?Barry has been turned over along with most of usif a shrewd man like him is tucked there must be some very serious crimes committedI take heart in the fact Barry never comes secondhe is not squeaky clean but he is now on a mission.lexuss will be monitoring and also appears determined and we all have a better than 50-50 imho.some sh*t is going to hit the fan thoughlot to do todaywill look in from time to time dil adv.. will be worth a read today!!!

Two extracts I have taken from the Inghu/Lexuss commentshighlighted that should give pis confidence for the future>

My best guess is Inghu thinks that Barry will deliver.and Lexuss is convinced with evidence the bod are bentwhich will bring about their removalbring it on!!
