Certainly, let me refill your glass . . .

dotel - 07 May 2004 23:36 - 5798 of 23498

mmm...tickly...quite a perky little number isn't it?

MightyMicro - 07 May 2004 23:43 - 5799 of 23498

Definitely. Rumour has it that Mumm (of France) were somewhat put out by the fact that their joint venture in California was producing finer sparklers than they could produce at home en France.

My expert sampling (a tough job, but somebody has to do it) would confirm this.

I have been a member of Club Mumm Napa for about eight years, so get a pleasant welcome at Mumm in the Napa and free wine tasting for myself and whoever is with me anytime I turn up there.

If you've never been there, I assure you that the Napa valley is worth a visit.

Meanwhile -- cheers!

dotel - 07 May 2004 23:48 - 5800 of 23498

'fraid not...but if you ever run out of people to take with you.. ;)

Toi aussie, MM - sante!

Just recovering from all that Mumm Napa.... thank you Mighty Micro. Yes I have done the Napa Valley visit but have to say I prefer the French vineyards myself. Mind you my views are rather biased! Think I need a strong black coffee now - shall I help myself?

jeffmack - 08 May 2004 10:33 - 5804 of 23498

aldwickk, thanks for that.

jeffmack - 08 May 2004 10:37 - 5805 of 23498
