If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Apologies for the inconvenience,

Hi Ian
Been away for a week, logged on this morning but streaming won't connect even though I've logged off and on a couple of times. Any ideas please. Didn't have this problem before

czechmate,
Are you having a problem along the lines of what people have reported above (i.e. grey screen where prices shoudl be), or is it actually trying to connect to the stream and then not connecting?
If it is the latter, it may be a session cookie issue. E mail me to let me know and I will then advise you accordingly - ian@moneyam.com

Many apologies, obviously didn't read posts thoroughly. Glad it's not just me as it's the grey screen syndrome. Will patiently await return of streaming :-) Thanks

Although still can't load more than four level 2 windows. Any idea why that might be the case?

Isaacs,
I have loaded up 6 different windows here - you could try restarting the platform, and trying again.

Those with streaming issues on Money AM, we are going to apply the fix that should get around the java issue you are having. I will let you know when released and this should clear the problem for you.

Ian - restarted many times. Been like this for days. Perhaps a problem my end but just wondering if any ideas what it could be.

Isaacs,
HArd to say without looking, but it could be taht windows is limiting the number of Java instances you run at any given time. As I say we do not cap it and I am pretty sure that E trade don't, as I was able to launch 6 withoput any problems.
