The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

It seems feckin simple to me:
If Barry comes up trumps with a deal that shareholders are satisfied with then that is the end of Inghu's input - wihtin 48 hours. If he does NOT then Inghu will reveal the information that has caused him and Lexus and the new Chairman to drop it like a rotton hot potatoe.
Dil - 8 Jan'09 - 12:24 - 34659 of 34861
Sounds to me that Lexuss found out about stuff that he feels shareholders have a right to know that the board don't wish to disclose therefore a conflict of interests and Lexuss will disclose his findings within 48 hours unless BM comes up with a plan thats in the interest of all shareholders.
rochford6 - 8 Jan'09 - 12:50 - 34669 of 34861
Mark - BJM asked Inghu and Lexxus to give him 48 hours before they spill the beans not the other way round.
I KNOW NONE OF THE ABOVE THREE POSTERS BUT THEY CAN CLEARLY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH
the_doctor - 8 Jan'09 - 12:00 - 34638 of 34848
While I respect Lexuss' actions, unless Finns get what he is on about, it might have been useful to say why he couldnt respect the integrity of the boardroom, or alternatively, to put forward a solution such as removing the board.
FINNS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I AM ON ABOUT I PUBLISHED AN EDITED VERSION OF MY LETTER TO THEM. IF I HAVE TO POST TOMORROW (AFTER 48 HOURS) I WILL POST THE FULL LETTER.

Great, that just lets the bod get away with it. What a good ned should do is police the bod and not let them get away with anything. That is why the ned is there. If the bod don't like it then tough. That's why you need a strong- willed ned and why Lexuss would never make it. He just doesn't have the bottle to stand up the the current creeps on the board.
FOR A NED TO BE ABLE TO POLICE THE BOARD AND NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING HE HAS TO BE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE TO PREVENT IT. A NED WHO COMES IN AFTER THE EVENT CANNOT PREVENT ANYTHING ALL HE CAN DO IS REPORT IT AND BEFORE HE DOES SO HE SHOULD WEIGH UP WHAT EFFECT IT WOULD HAVE ON THE VERY SHAREHOLDERS HE HAS PROMISED TO ALWAYS CONSIDER AND DESPITE YOUR VITRIOL, YOU HAPPEN TO BE ONE OF THOSE AS WELL.
YOUR OPINION ABOUT MY PERSONALITY AND BOTTLE IS FLAWED AS YOU MAY WELL DISCOVER TOMORROW.

BM and GC can turn MDX profitable, far sooner than you may think.
Inghu and Lexus can have a seat, then they can see, how much you need to
know, to run a corporation, as complex as MDX has become.
FIRST PART WRONG VERY VERY WRONG.
SECOND PART
MDX IS NOT COMPLEX BUT IT MAY WELL HAVE BEEN MADE COMPLEX.
I AM NOT SURPRISED YOU ARE ABLE TO OFFER ME A SEAT ON BJMS BOARD (COMING FROM OVER THE POND IT WOULD MAKE SENSE THAT YOU COULD DO) BUT IF ITS ALL THE SAME, ILL DECLINE AND LEARN MY TRADE AT A DIFFERENT SCHOOL.

SO, assuming Lexuss comment re profitability is correct and I have no reason to dispute his inegrity, MDX were probably not profitable at H1 (well, anyone with a CSE in accounting could see the holes). Looks like any recovery (if not administration) will be a very long road.

Few postings in the zoo this morning. All waiting for the fireworks. Every possible scenario has been thrashed about over the past 24 hours, including a bid at 40p.

All - fancy clubbing together and making a bid at 1? - We can always pull out later if we change our minds? Or if anyone's rude to any of us on the FBB.

jeff,
Yes I saw the "bid at 40p" one too!
I did wonder if the guy truly believed it or whether he is simply posting in desperation.

Many traders on here have agreed with bb in the pasthe has tried on many occasions to discredit Barry.and is not a fanall of a sudden he is talking bo**ockswonder why?
bargainbob - 9 Jan'09 - 09:23 - 35281 of 35339
We will see tonight but I expect this will be taken private to spare a lot of things getting a clean airing. Who would not take 30-40p now.

BB talks more sense than most in the zoo tabby and has been spot on with a number of things , on this occassion I think its another dig at Barry saying either you give us a fair price or take a hike (bb's fair price being much higher than Barry's or anyone else with access to the truth) , that's my take on that.
No I was wondering what you thought about Barry's mates trying to drum up support (Nick & Cockneyron) to get Lexuss not to divulge anything - sounds fishy to me , thats what the current bod wanted too wasn't it ?

He has also said the board have gone ... wonder when that gets confirmed !

"I have always maintained Inghu was a delaying tactic and maybe some will now see that I wasn't far from the mark. His approach merely facilitated the opportunity for the BOD to collect further monies from the Company whilst they delayed the inevitable."
I will post tonight but to get the above comment in perspective we approached BOD on 10/12/08. There were insufficient funds to pay salaries due on 31 December AND THOSE SALARIES HAVE STILL NOT BEEN PAID. Neil and my intervention has not increased director wealth by one penny.

Well going on bargainbob's latest posts it appears to me , may be wrong , that BM & GC aint going to come out of tonights revelations smelling of roses ... unless they make a fair bid for the company.
Probably got it completely wrong ... time will tell.

Yeah break up and fire sale unless Barry pulls a rabbit out of the hat imo.
Would love the sfo to investigate the whole rotten crock of sh*te from start to finish and a few of those posters over at the zoo.
