Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Mike,

Essentially yes, you would have needed a new session to access the new version we put in, whihc is why the close down resolved it.

bhunt,

we have now put the level 2 icons back on stockwatch. You will need to close all of your moneyam browsers and then go back in and you shoudl then be up and running as normal

Moving around L2 pages is again extremely slow.

Am I experiencing the effects of heavy useage or could it be something else?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 14 Jun 2007 08:12 - 5836 of 7315

Chea,

We just did a restart on one of our services which caused the slowness - it shoudl be back up to speed for you now,

Ian

Chea - 14 Jun 2007 08:12 - 5837 of 7315

It does seem to be the first 10-mins or so.

Chea - 14 Jun 2007 08:13 - 5838 of 7315

Ian,

Thanks.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 14 Jun 2007 08:13 - 5839 of 7315

Chea,

Coincidental - it was a restart from us which caused a little slowness there

I'm getting yesterday's charts!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 14 Jun 2007 08:48 - 5841 of 7315

britshare,

which charts is this on is it basic, custom charts, intradys charts etc.

On intraday charts I am seeing todays graph - if you are looking at the basic or custom charts can you make sure you have the 'plot todays intraday data' selected.

dave leach,

please accept my apologies - we have been experiencing problems which shoudl be resolved momentaritly, and we are investigating what has cause this to make sure it can be fixed permanently.
