The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

BB talks more sense than most in the zoo tabby and has been spot on with a number of things , on this occassion I think its another dig at Barry saying either you give us a fair price or take a hike (bb's fair price being much higher than Barry's or anyone else with access to the truth) , that's my take on that.
No I was wondering what you thought about Barry's mates trying to drum up support (Nick & Cockneyron) to get Lexuss not to divulge anything - sounds fishy to me , thats what the current bod wanted too wasn't it ?

He has also said the board have gone ... wonder when that gets confirmed !

"I have always maintained Inghu was a delaying tactic and maybe some will now see that I wasn't far from the mark. His approach merely facilitated the opportunity for the BOD to collect further monies from the Company whilst they delayed the inevitable."
I will post tonight but to get the above comment in perspective we approached BOD on 10/12/08. There were insufficient funds to pay salaries due on 31 December AND THOSE SALARIES HAVE STILL NOT BEEN PAID. Neil and my intervention has not increased director wealth by one penny.

Well going on bargainbob's latest posts it appears to me , may be wrong , that BM & GC aint going to come out of tonights revelations smelling of roses ... unless they make a fair bid for the company.
Probably got it completely wrong ... time will tell.

Yeah break up and fire sale unless Barry pulls a rabbit out of the hat imo.
Would love the sfo to investigate the whole rotten crock of sh*te from start to finish and a few of those posters over at the zoo.

I reckon the mad munc has set the calendar for the 16th Feb - he's probably worried that if it had been any earlier he may not have got so many valentines cards from the zoo muppets.

Andy - don't forget how much the BOD are milking this company for. The salaries there alone must be huge.

Not really Andy Finns legging it tells me they are in troublewhich is an omission of guiltno dd on what now looks like a failure on their part to uncover a serious financial fraudremember we are only talking a few months ago.their duty to protect shareholders has been handled in a very irresponsible wayI would say Barry could take them for a few quidwhich would help what strength does the bod now possess?F/A by..by.what strength does Barry and Garry now have? immense.who never comes second in a fight?.who can always raise cash?.who can bring together the most unlikeliest deal?..I would say there is more than hope left Andy

tabasco,
No the NOMAD resigning is nomrally a sign that they have been deceived by the company (IMHO), as they themselves are fed information by the company.
In fairness, there is little true DD they can do, as their information is provided by the company.
Finns are not to blame here (IMO), it would appear once they knew the extend of MDX' problems, they walked.
Whether they can appoint another NOMAD in time will be interesting, NML couldn't in similar circumstanc3es. and were delisted.
