Threats to inflict serous injury is a criminal offence. It does not matter if the person intended to carry it out, if the target of said threats believed they were in danger then they can report it to the police who would be obliged to investigate and if convicted a stringent penalty applied.

I am amazed at how casually people on the web make such threats even if it was meant to be flippant. I would not risk my future for such small gratification.

A Europhile peer has provoked outrage after he claimed Britain needs intelligent migrants to come to the UK because "native" Britons are "so bloody stupid".

What a great guy , typical of the ruling elite we get now days .

Keep silent and let people think you are a fool, or open your mouth and prove it comes to mind when I see the comments of people like Kerr. One thing I have learnt in life is that intelligence and education does not equate to common sense. Give me common sense every time.
