Maintenance: Site downtime Friday 6th August @ 23:45.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

Sir Tullett......I've still got the problem of the 3 minute delay on stockwatch. Nothing for 3 minutes, then a rush of all the previous trades going through, then nothing for another 3 minutes. Even the footsie clock stops. A lot of my small-cap streaming trades don't work either. :-)
regards

teletigger,

What stocks are you watching - can you givge me some epic codes so that I can see if I can reproduce the problem?

Ian

teletigger - 03 Sep 2004 08:36 - 589 of 616

First 3 I tried...MPH, FTO, OMH. The bottom line says trade applet started.....then nothing. The page appears, but no streaming figures.

Teletigger,

When you say the page appears, can you see the stock information i.e. prices etc? or does it not load properly?

Ian

teletigger - 03 Sep 2004 08:41 - 591 of 616

It loads everything except the trades themselves. This is the streaming trades pages I'm talking about.

Teletigger,

Can you send me a screen shot of what you can see so that I can investigate? Press the Print screen button and then paste it into an E mail and send it to ian@moneyam.com

Thanks

Ian

Thanks Ian,

It's really strange out of about 70 shares on my list JMAT Is the only one I have trouble with.

Stan.

teletigger,

We have looked at stockwatch here and there are no problems along the lines of what you have described - the stocks are updating correctly and in time. When you see this could you please send me a screen shot and I will see if I can help you out.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 08 Sep 2004 09:53 - 604 of 616

Stan,

We know why this is happening, and the reason we have not posted about it being fixed is that a new code drop has not gone in place to fix it.

As soon as it is in place I will post here so you can be one of the first to know.
