NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.
Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Like I said earlier, A superb day and far more to come. Forward P/E now around 12 according to Broker Durlacher figures, so its still very cheap and other potential acquisitions will move the earnings per share north so that the P/E drops even further.
If your not in, theres still plenty of time to get in. Of course along the way there will be down days, thats the nature of markets, but the trend is upwards.
cheers GF.

Hoping the Up rise on the NAZ keeps the forward momentum going tomorrow, should do.

Astonishingly NLR has now entered the top 200 UK listed companies by market cap (198th). Already a lot of tracker funds must be picking up shares in NLR. Roll on the FTSE-100!!

Thats an amazing fact Gallick, well done for digging that out as it provides for plenty of amo and discussion around the various B/Boards. And yes Hustler after the results on the 4th of April NLR will be visiting US investors. One step at a time. Were going up and thats for sure. We will have bad days but anyone selling is bonkers on the volumes we are seeing now.
cheers GF.

Agreed gf not going to be all straight lines,
but take the bends out of the rope and
i think the end we're holding is going to be
a lot higher from when we first got a grip of it
all the best

Of course there are FTSE 250 tracker funds. What does it take for NLR to join the FTSE? .

Depends on the management gf they may
wish to stay on aim as rules are less stringent,
however if they are going to be a real player
as it would seem they are, it's only a matter of time
before they have to show thier hand.

Some profit taking going on but buyers still have the upper hand, to sell now you would be bonkers.

No not bonkers gf but not greedy either. I was so stashed up with these (by accident , see SIPP thread) that I now considered it prudent to sell some.
I could already buy them back for less so I can't see how I class as being bonkers.
I still expect 1100p but will now sleep easier.

Investors should be buying at these levels. Forward P/E of 12 and promised more earning enhancing aquisitions, which will lower the forward P/E even more. Fundies say 'fill yer boots'

Can't really complain about the present drop .... even Seb Coe had to have an off day now and then. Look at SBT too...... lazy buggers having 3 days rest ... it better perform really well now. No excuses.
