I am getting a lot of "URL not found messages all over my AM screen. Is this a Money AM problem - or something at my end ???

I am still getting the main screens - I first noticed it last night

OK - I have had a couple of requests to elucidate on how I got rid of the problems - unfortunately I do not know how to respond to the emails on the BB - so will post it here.

I have AOL broadband aand windows operating system ME.

Step1: Go online to AOL.
Find the AOL icon "keyword" (along the top)and click on this.
Type in the keyword "securefix" and click on GO
Close down AOL

Go to Start then "Programs" then "AOL" then "AOL System Information"

Once the System information tool is open:
Click on the UTilities tab on the top of the window
In the utilities page you will see a "claer browser cache" tab Click this button.
Once the "current browser cache" size is back to zero, click "close" to exit the AOL information tool.

Hopefully by the time you get to this stage the problem will have been solved - so restart AOL and open up Money am as normal.

If it has not been solved. Close AOL again and Reset the security settings by
going to Start - then " settings" then "Control Panel".

Double Click Internet Options, click the security tab and then click the default button.

Click "ok" to apply the changes and Exit.

Once completed - re launch AOL and log into Money AM.

If this fails - then the last stage is to check that you have level 128 encryption - - but hopefully y it will be sorted by now

Good Luck _ I am afraid the instructions above relate to my particular operating system (ME) - but they should be similar for others - I think the key was the deleting of the current browswe caahe to zero

Can't get up stockwatch or tades , just comes up as a blank screen,has anyone else got this problem..JB..

Our suppliers are having a problem with the streaming services this morning which is affecting our level 1 and level 2 - I will notify you as soon as this has been resolved,

We are looking into the problem with yesterdays prices - unfortunately due to the outage we have had this morning it may be that we are unable to resolve this - I will let you know,

If it's any help Ian, the all my AIM stocks are yesterday's prices, but my midcaps are today's price.

Need to see more Blue please :)

We have just done a restart can you tell me whether the prices for your AIM stocks are correct now? If not can you give me a specific example?

gmc still showing 13.75/14.5 but real price is 14.25/14.75

Restarted browser again, just in case, but all my AIM stocks still wrong

The only price that ever changes is BUR a midcap

The bid and offer and mid price should now be correct - what are you seeing on BFC for example that is incorrect?

DYS showing mid/change and % as of last night's close.

bfc showing 225 230
but my dealing screens say
225 232

A couple of examples:

nlr should be up 9 at 557.5
vml should be NO CHANGE at 19.25

Ian, Just to let you know on the "Trades" screen. An example. DES is showing 0.00 on Bid. Is anyone else having problems with trades? regards. Paul and di.
