Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

In market scan Northern electric has been elevated to having the biggest market cap in the LSE !!

Problems with Internal email.

I sent one and was sent one in return. Neither was received.

They do arrive like a normal email in my OE, right ?

From within the Directors Shareholding sub-section of Market Scan, the header tabs are still in Beta test mode and haven't been updated for site launch.

I personally think 15 minute delayed feeds is a thing of the past.

I suggest live only feeds day 1 for all UK Indices and Sector codes

Any chance of using more colour (red & blue) to highlight changes in portfolio section

Don't know if this has been mentioned before, but sets stocks prices are showing the mid of the bid/offer as the price rather than the price of the last AT.

Got this on going from T Room to I Room.

I have noticed if the first MM to open a quote before 8am has an offer that is above the quote eg
MM1 100-120p
MM2 90-110p
Quote 100-110p
If trigger is set at say 120p and MM1 opens his quote first it triggers an email

The "user settings" appear to update a different database on each BB, this is going to be a trifle confusing particularly as there are also the "My Account" details to contend with :-)

To follow on from Kayak's post it appears that if I click upon my own name within a thread, I can not only send myself a private message but I can also Squelch myself.

I also got the same problem a Kayak when searching with 'FX' in the
epic. I was looking for a currency fred.

On the main indices page you dont have the Dax. You have some other Dax but not the main listing (the one on the day traders thread header) Can you swap them pls
