NETeller - NLR - 3.15
Thought i would start a new thread following on from
hawick - new issue looks very special - not to steal the thunder from
hawick but just to highlight the company name to those not already in to this
potential blockbuster.
Those of us who are following NETeller know the background and have been
active with postings, for newcomers i strongly sugest viewing the
( new issue looks very special posting )the content will speak for itself.
Brief overview of NETeller
The company handles online cash transactions across the globe
on 21st oct gained fsa approval to operate as a regulated e-money issuer
and will passport the regulated status to all 25 EU member states
it has over 1 million clients rising by 2000 number each day
1500 online merchants and processed over $1.5 billion in 2003
pre tax profit is estimated to be 29 million to dec 04 rising to
40 million next year
per currently 20 to dec 04 falling to 11.5 which is low for sector
brokers have been raising forcasts on a regular basis
share price has risen over 50% since launch earlier this year
new markets emerging constantly, asia has the potential for supergrowth
online casinos are creating enormous profits
given all this - cash generative - huge market - fsa approval
infastructure in place to handle growth, profits accrue to bottom line
the market force is behind it with good relative strength
all put together it is hard to argue against this has the potential
to be a blockbuster over the year ahead

Depends on the management gf they may
wish to stay on aim as rules are less stringent,
however if they are going to be a real player
as it would seem they are, it's only a matter of time
before they have to show thier hand.

Some profit taking going on but buyers still have the upper hand, to sell now you would be bonkers.
cheers GF.

No not bonkers gf but not greedy either. I was so stashed up with these (by accident , see SIPP thread) that I now considered it prudent to sell some.
I could already buy them back for less so I can't see how I class as being bonkers.
I still expect 1100p but will now sleep easier.

Investors should be buying at these levels. Forward P/E of 12 and promised more earning enhancing aquisitions, which will lower the forward P/E even more. Fundies say 'fill yer boots'
cheers GF.

Can't really complain about the present drop .... even Seb Coe had to have an off day now and then. Look at SBT too...... lazy buggers having 3 days rest ... it better perform really well now. No excuses.

Certainly is getting better. Wont have to pay all those costs that those who sold today will have to pay if they want back in.
cheers GF.

Did you incur costs when you sold and bought back ?

I am similar position to you Dil, first bought around 2.50 and added on the way up, last bought at 3.40ish. I have been thinkng about selling an amount which leaves the remainder effectively free, just can't bring myself to do it yet. Can certainly understand your reasoning though, well done.

My problem was Capa that my initial purchase was a lot more than I realised and only discovered this last month when I thought I had a black hole in my pension fund.
It was a nice suprise but meant that NLR made up a disproportionate percentage of my SIPP. Just happy to have held on the extra month after discovering my unfortunate error :-)
