The EGM this Friday will be key to GON's future SP movement in the short term,it will either rocket to 20p+ or fall to...........a lower value,exciting isn't it?

It's the EGM tomorrow which I believe along with recent announcements from GON have changed the perception for this far too long much unloved company!

The charts do show a change from back end of 2006 and most noticeably so from April of this year that would indicate a positive view of the companies performance is being noticed-imo.

Result of EGM

20 July 2007

The Company is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting
("EGM") held earlier today, both the special and ordinary resolutions were duly
passed.

As a result of the passing of resolution 1, an ordinary resolution, the
authorised share capital of the Company is increased from #1,250,000 to
#2,750,000 through the creation of 150,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company.

As a result of the passing of resolution 2, a special resolution, the Directors
are unconditionally authorised to exercise all powers of the Company to allot
ordinary shares, up to an aggregate nominal amount of #2,000,000.

As a result of the passing of resolution 3, a special resolution, the Directors
are empowered to allot ordinary shares for cash up to an aggregate nominal
amount of #1,500,000.

The Directors consider the passing of these resolutions supportive of the
Company's ongoing strategy for growth through acquisition by giving them the
flexibility, if required, to enable the Company to take advantage of business
opportunities that may arise.

GON in a nice uptrend since April and seems to be in a channel of sorts. Since scooting above 18p the inevitable retracement started a few days ago. I would suggest a fall back to 15p-16p where it meets SP support (previous resistance) and the mid line of the channel, if that fails looking at 14p. GON has a habit of slowly falling back following a good rise, but this time having set a higher high for a while, perhaps it may be sustainable.

On the 17th of this month there was a placing of 15.4 million shares which I think have already been spoken for,don't know if that has any influence regarding chart analysis? (don't think it does-lol)

New Territory order for Blasterz

Galleon is delighted to announce that it has received, through its Product IP
Division Croco Worldwide Sourcing Limited ('Croco'), an initial commission
covering the materials and associated manufacturing costs for an order which has
an anticipated overall value of 1,000,000 (669,000). This is the latest order
from Pepsico, a customer of Croco, and is for another territory using the
'Blasterz' product as a promotional item. Blasterz is proving an immensely
popular promotional premium and has so far been rolled out into 11 territories
by Pepsico. As a result of this latest order Croco's order book for the coming
financial year 2007/8 already stands at 3,500,000 (2,341,000).

Chief Executive of Galleon, Stephen Green, commented,

'The fact that we already have such a strong order book for the next financial
year is testament to the growth in Croco's distribution network and the
remarkable success of our products in market. To be in 11 territories with
Pepsico provides a substantial base for future business but this is still a
small percentage of the overall market and our market share just keeps growing.'
