residential property owner, with over 18,000 units under management across the
UK and in Germany. Grainger's integrated business model, which has been adapted
and improved over its long history, includes investing in and managing assets

residential-led mixed-use schemes and the management of the UK's largest
market-rented residential fund.

"Shares have nosed dived and the stock looks fairly expensive. Although profits have grown and It has built up It's portfolio, 2008 is expected to be a challenging year." so Shares Mag. said recently...but then l looked at their chart and noticed a sudden change In direction, could be an interesting sector given the possibility that some people need to move Into the rental sector because of necessity.
