MoneyAM Users Xmas drinkies- LONDON - Wednesday 8th December 7pm

IanT(MoneyAM) - 11 Nov 2010 07:35

All,

Due to popular demand, we are going to revive the age old xmas tradition of xmas drinks.

This year, in a break with tradition, we are going to take a relaxed approach to organisation, and meet up for drinks followed by a restaurant in the west end.

So for starters we are going to be rendez vousing at the Cambridge Pub, 93 Charing Cross Road, London, WC2H 0DP (detials on link below) at 7pm on the 8th Dec.

Then we will go onto the Harbour City Chinese in Chinatown:

Harbour City

46 Gerrard Street
W1D 5QH

I have booked a limited number of places, so it really is first come first served - I shall assume those that say they are coming are going to come to the restaurant as well unless you state otherwise. The restaurant is not buffet style.

If you are interested please post on here:

OK, put me down too. Not literally of course! ;-))

Bullshare - 11 Nov 2010 10:45 - 7 of 97

Oh god not Big Al, another day we will have to sweep him out of the gutter ;-0) perhaps you can take over from the late and sorely missed MG and wear the honorary thong this year !!!

Big Al - 11 Nov 2010 11:15 - 8 of 97

Still got the tie I bought off him a few years ago. That might have to suffice. Won't be the same without him, that's for sure. An absolute gem of a guy. ;-)

Bones - 11 Nov 2010 11:25 - 9 of 97

Thank you Ian. My diary is swept clear along with Big Al :)

It will good to see some old (even older) faces from a bygone era!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 11 Nov 2010 11:26 - 10 of 97

I have booked a retsaurant now - Habour City in chinatown, have added it to th header. I will take it that those who are coming will be going for the meal as well unless you state otherwise,

Thanks

Ian

Ian,

You should put this thread on the Investors side too...as some people only look there and I know some of them normally go to Xmas bashes :-)

Have a great night!

Gausie - 18 Nov 2010 15:04 - 15 of 97

Umm, Dynamite, Tabby's post is the harbinger of similar nonsense from the investors board. Tabby is a fearsome internet keyboard-warrior and an internationally renowned campaigner for pineapple rights. Truly a legend in his own Gillingham IP address.

I very much doubt he'll show his face in the real world.

tabasco - 18 Nov 2010 15:12 - 16 of 97

GausielolDi seems to think its ok to bring your high chair and tommee tippee why not?btw never been called a warrior beforequite flattering..

aldwickk - 19 Nov 2010 07:45 - 17 of 97

Sue 42 - 20 Nov 2010 04:58 - 23 of 97

Sadly can't make it - it's my company's Xmas do - but as I may be getting thrown out soon - I'll keep the date in the diary just in case.

Ah the joys of contracting

Dil - 20 Nov 2010 15:23 - 24 of 97

Gausie - 20 Nov 2010 17:07 - 25 of 97

Umm, Ian, it seems Tabby and I are having a bit of a lovers' spat. I guess I'll have to come alone.
