if you mean a thread viewed by xxx posters counter, i think that's an excellent idea!

On the PRE thread on ADV... someone has embedded a counter in the header, but not sure how accurate it is.

another idea is to show who is logged in on to the message board - this may not be feasible if there are hundreds....but looking at the number of posters i doubt this is true.

yes another BB does this, but only at nights for some reason!

I don't know if there's a technical issue if there are too many people on during the day.

If it would be possible, it would be a great feature, and would set this Bb apart from some of the competition, IMHO.

the chap starts a thread and makes not a single reply. very bad form bearing in mind the reason the thread was started. if moneyam cant be arsed , why should we?

How about a bit of color to the bbs just grey and drab at tyhe mo bbs are not very busy here at all how about starting a few fresh threads off a week with shares mags plays of the week or their ones to watch with just bullet points of what is said in mag.

a few of us have tried to get this site moving but THE MAMAGEMENT dont seem to want to play

superrod that is a shame as they moved heaven on earth the 1st few weeks which was good maybe they thought that a lot of users would come over from advfn etc but when you come here and go on the bbs and they has only being 10/20 threads being posted on in a full day of trading you are not going to stop for long as busy BBs means a lot of people use the site and a lot of free info and help still need to dyor but but that is a starting point and with a new bull market forming you need to get all new investors to use this as their 1st port of call and stay and take out subs with them imhooc.

good to see MAM taking ideas on board.I agree with superrod that more posts are needed but in saying that some of the posters on this site are qaulity compared to other boards.

i really cant see why there is little posting here. im as guilty as most i suppose but at least i have the excuse that i work 24/7. maybe its a sign of the market. bull market=thousands of posts.

maybe we are in no mans land at the moment.

just look at fridays post on bb threads no more than 10 threads where posted on and if you look at advfn about 2 or 3 pages thats is what is needed here and up goes you subsciber base all posters may not pay but the more that use the site the more it will go up imhooc.

On ADVFN there are currently 2.5 pages of Saturday posts and 3.5 days of Friday posts.

MoneyAM might just as well pull the plug and cease wasting their money.

Just a thought Shares mag print 17k a week this site allways has a full page advert would be nice if 25% join this site .
