Morning all

I have to go out for the morning, but hope to be back before market open.

Curious to know how far we will follow yesterdays US fall & what the US will do later.

little woman - 11 Mar 2004 08:18 - 7 of 16

Just taken a look at the FTSE100 heatmap - 4 shares up, 4 shares unchanged and 92 shares down!

little woman - 11 Mar 2004 08:35 - 8 of 16

Bit of an improvement - 7 up, 4 unchanged 89 down.

little woman - 11 Mar 2004 08:55 - 9 of 16

Now 4 up (1.4% to 0,1%)8 unchanged and 88 down (-0.1% to -9.0%) - but its a slight improvement on the previous -10% on RSA which is currently -9.0%

Melnibone - 11 Mar 2004 08:58 - 10 of 16

At last, those fat lazy Bears have come out of winter
hibernation. Now let's hope they are hungry.

Looking for 4500 to break on the FTSE to signal further
declines.

S@P needs to break below 1120 to enable the DOW/S@P
to go down to 10,000/1100 respectively.

The S@P P@F chart set a Bull trap when it went above
1160. Time to be careful that it doesn't now set a
Bear Trap below 1120. The main trend is still up in
US election year.

Just looking on all this as a healthy retracement, not
confirmation of the end of the Bull Run.

Melnibone.
