I have held Turbo Genset since last August and watched it go down, down, down! I had hoped the New York power problems might have given this a lift. Any comments?

If you bought in early May the RSI was either dropping or flat and the MACD was in the process of falling through its EMA. Both signals far from bullish.
The last bullish signal came in mid Jan when the MACD was rising through its EMA ( below 0 line = weak signal) RSI and volume rising. Stock went to 35p and MACD and RSI started falling along with share price. Highlighting the weakness of the original buy signals. Quick exit required!!
Nothing to signal a buy showing on these indicators at the moment.
All MY interpretation of the indicators of course.

All confirming my thoughts. Thank you for input. Think I shall write this one off as a loss against some gains but my sale will probably precipitate a power outage in New York next week!
jj the quick exit I referred to would have been around 35-30p level.
As it is now down a long way it is always possible that it could turn up again. I know nothing of the history of the company and am only looking at the TA aspect apparent on the indicators shown on this thread. It is also a long while until you can offset any capitol losses. Could be worth giving this some thought jj

I was rather bullish on this some time ago on the basis of potentiol orders from China but decided I was wasting my time (and money) so cut my losses and put the money into other things. However good luck if your still in.
Janus, interested in your comments. I had bought on the strength of a Middle East marketing agreement. There was also word of a new portable 400kw generator due out in "mid 2004" so shall check if there is any news on this front before I take any action.
It was last year that I got interested mainly on the strengh of the Kadoorie family taking a stake. Michael Kadoorie is the Chairman of CLP Power Hong Kong which is a large provider on the Chinese mainland. He is also friendly with the Chinese President.
Thought I still had a copy of the Numis brokers note issued in Jan but I must have zapped it. I seem to remember they were talking about a valuation of 55p. Mmm shows how good (not) brokers notes are I guess.
I think at this point you have to be very optistic but stranger things have happened.
