A GOLDEN CROSS IS ABOUT TO APEAR ON THE CHARTS WHICH WILL BE GOOD FOR THE SHARES AND A HOLD ABOVE 12P WILL PUSH THE SHARES UP TO 16P SHORT TERM.

Tokyo - 21 Apr 2004 20:53 - 8 of 23

How much more has zoo got left in it? with the appearance of the golden cross, this should bring short term chartists back into the stock, at least for next couple of days, wouldn't be surprised to see zoo jump after 17% tomorrow, but for the short term this stock is going to be pretty volitile, although we have yet to hear any news from the NAB, could this be coming soon??

Troys - 23 Apr 2004 23:08 - 9 of 23

All the excitement of the good news has gone. What now?

bingobingham - 26 Apr 2004 08:35 - 10 of 23

That's ZOO all over. Nervous investors taking gains. More good news required!

Positive write up in Shares mag today. Cites the good prospects and gives a positive rating. Mybe the 6th May article will be a full blown recommendation like last time.

Looking forward to the next announcement.

Aerotus - 29 Apr'04 - 11:48 - 247 of 280

What? Positive write-up today? I thought it was next week? I didn't see anything on the online version

Tradeottahere - 29 Apr'04 - 12:37 - 248 of 280

Page 68, green arrow (buy) 12p. Slashed losses, boosted turnover, positive feedback from early adopters. 5.5m cash remaining - fund raising helped accelerate the launch of DVD Extra at NAB.

Maybe they are waiting until next week as they feel there may be a deal to announce then, who knows? All in all a positive stance and I agree that there will be a resonably large positive write up next week (just a guess though plus I am a holder!!).

rkausar - 30 Apr 2004 16:22 - 13 of 23

Zoo will go up very soon!!! losses slashed by 49%, sales turnover of well above 5m.

Once breakeven is reached the price should go skyward...just a question of time before we see a significant amount of growth....patience required.

http://www.quba.co.uk/site/news/news_view.asp?nw_id=60

I quick fired this email off to QUBA over the weekend.

Dear Matthew,

Hello there. I am a significant shareholder of Zoo Digital plc. I was very excited to learn that Quba are using DVD-Extra to design interactive brochures for LandRover.

I hope you could spare a few moments to help me gain a better understanding
of the potential of DVD-Extra and how it is helping your business. Could you
please comment on the following q's?
Thanks in advance.

1. Do you have any plans to use DVD-Extra for any further projects?
2. What are your thoughts on DVD-Extra becoming more widely used in
industry? eg: Will further car companies be warming to the idea of interactive DVD brochures?
3. Do you think DVD-Extra has a bright future and how is your current
project coming along?

Your views are much appreciated. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to
see the end product!

Yours sincerely,

xxx

Here's the reply:

Dear xxx,

We are very excited by the DVD technology and see it as a key offering to our clients.

My background is CD-Rom, I see DVD Extra as the next step forward from this.

In answer to your questions:

1. We have 2 other projects starting shortly for Land Rover, but unfortunately I can not disclose any details of these at this stage. We are looking at other clients at the moment and have been getting a good amount of interest.

2. We believe that the areas where we can capitalize on the technology are marketing and training. The strengths of the product are the platform, the fact that DVD players are so widespread now and the nature of the way that people use DVD players in contrast to computers. Companies like Land Rover have recognized this and we expect more to follow.

3. I think my previous point answers this question. I would say that if it was not for the fact that all my funds are tied up in purchasing a new house I would be buying shares myself, so yes I do think the future is bright. The current project is now complete and has just gone to replication.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards

Matt

This looks like another hype!!
Although the price is well off its highs
I wouldnt touch with a barge pole!!
If dvd extra was such a great technological
breakthrough dont you think the market
would have recognised it by now?
Small investors beware!!

Aerotus - 05 May 2004 11:06 - 17 of 23

If you have bothered to actually do any research before wildly throwing in your hunches, you would understand that the market IS becoming to recognise DVD-Extra. Zoo have been working very hard marketing the product and attending technology exhibitions etc. Many large publishers and design companies are now signing up to DVD-Extra as you can plainly see (if you did your research).

Shares Magazine are doing a write-up on Zoo tomorrow. Check the website after midnight tonight for a preview.

dodgybob - 05 May 2004 11:30 - 18 of 23

I have set up a dedicated Zoo thread similar to this one, but on the ADVFN boards. (www.advfn.com)

I regularly maintain news links and related research material. Check it out for the latest info on Zoo. (Its especially for lazy people who can't be bothered to do their own research)

dodgybob - 05 May 2004 16:21 - 20 of 23

thankyou aerotus will check out this sight as an amature many people find without your kind of info can not always find the best info , looking at company web sights tells only what they want you to know . many other general share types have little info on a.i.m. shares thanks again...

Aerotus - 21 May 2004 09:42 - 21 of 23

This is a cut-down edited version of an email reply from the director of an Early Adopter.

xx,

Apologies for not replying earlier. I did get your last email but we
are very busy at the moment.

How did you find NAB? Was there a lot of interest in your product
and at the Zootech stand? I guess you guys had a smashing time in LV
and probably went out on the lash together!

Sorry to disappoint you but we did not attend NAB in person. ZOO used
"Our Product" as part of their demo of DVD Extra and gave out sample
DVDs and business cards on our behalf. ZOO have passed us a number of
leads which we are following up.

Are you aware of your other competitors such as Quba?

We are aware of Quba. Whether we consider them as competition is
another matter.

I assume you are not aware of many other DVD-extra early adopters
due to the non-disclosure agreements?

We probably know of around 10 EAs. However, I understand that most
EAs are based in either the US or continental Europe. It is fairly
safe to assume that ZOO have approached the major players within the
DVD industry, and it would also be safe to assume that most will have
signed up to the EA programme.

Lastly, do you have any idea when Zootech will finally sort out
their pricing policy?

Imminently (i.e. days rather than weeks).

And can you see any of the big boys signing up to DVD-Extra? eg:
Disney, Time Warner, BBC World etc.

In my opinion most of the EAs will probably licence the technology
once ZOO make this available. How they will apply the benefits of DVD
Extra remains to be seen.

Thank you for your attention and I look forwards to further
corresponding with you. Please add me to your email distribution
list. Keep up the good work, must be very exciting for your new
company!

I will certainly put you on our email distribution list. We are very
excited about the opportunities that DVD Extra presents. I am sure
there will be more news from "Our Company" very soon!

Thanks again for your interest.

The game will be launched by December 2004.

Aerotus - 27 May 2004 18:46 - 23 of 23

Zoo +20% today on this announcement. Well done if anyone listened to me and bought in recently.

27/5/04
Rights Secured For Guinness World Records Game

Senior Appointment Made in North America

Agents appointed in Benelux and Germany

ZOO Digital Group plc (ZOO), the DVD technology and games publishing company, today announced that it has secured the rights to produce and publish an interactive DVD product based on the highly successful Guinness World Records from Guinness World Records Ltd, part of Hit Entertainment PLC. ZOO plans to use the rights to produce a celebratory 50th anniversary interactive DVD in 5 territories including North America, New Zealand and Australia. The game will be launched by December 2004.

Following the highly successful product launch of DVD-EXTRA at NAB (the National Association of Broadcasters conference) in Las Vegas on 17 April 2004, commercial sales of DVD-Extra have begun successfully with Quba New Media Ltd producing 3 interactive DVD products for Land Rover and Focus Multimedia producing The Driving Test interactive DVD, which compliments the success of the PC CD-ROM product.

In order to exploit DVD-Extras full potential in North America a new appointment has been made. Gordon Doran has been appointed President of ZOOtech Inc, which is wholly owned by ZOOtech Ltd. Gordon previously held senior positions at MediaStream Interactive Inc & LightWorks Design and will be based in San Francisco. Agents have also been appointed in Benelux and Germany, namely TransTec BV and MediArte GmbH, who are both well positioned to keep up with demand and build on existing relationships.

Commenting on the Groups progress, Ian Stewart, CEO said:

The official launch of DVD-Extra Studio in Las Vegas generated a huge amount of interest from the entertainment community. This level of interest has already been converted into a number of commercial contracts and partnerships of which the Guinness World Records deal is one that gives us an opportunity to extend their brand into a new and vibrant market in their 50th Anniversary Year. The potential and market opportunity for interactive DVD content is enormous and the market is still in its embryonic stages. Our cutting edge technology and good reputation in this area will enable ZOO to drive strong revenue growth in the future and secure a substantial part of the market through the licensing of its technologies and the publishing of interactive DVDs.

Alistair Richards, COO of Guinness World Records Ltd, commented:

Guinness World Records is excited that this partnership with ZOO will provide our first venture into DVD gaming. This long term partnership should allow us to unlock more of the equity in the brand and channel it into an entirely new product category in a number of key territories. We are convinced that the combination of our brand and ZOOs technology will provide a powerful and compelling interactive experience.
