In view of the fact that our exports now seem to depart the country via 'invisible exports' and our actual trade in 'hard goods' seems to become less and less - is a company extensive in Ports really interesting? Well, they might be if they hold extensive land in areas now languishing as Port Operations. Having seen what could be done in other areas there are any number of smallish harbor's capable of redevelopment, even leaving a small port still in operation and taking the cream off land as profit.Incredibly we still have extensive and active Port facilities and they are not ALL in the hands of one company.
