Good morning traders!

Looking bright on the Asian markets this morning, after the US good close Friday. The Nikkei just closed almost 140 points up and Hong Kong is currently about 190 ahead.

Off to find the breaking news....

Happy Monday!

G.

PS Spaceman - 'Tis one of the things I can't change - the title. I'll get one of the techies to fix it later. Nice to get my one mistake of the week out of the way so soon.... ;-)

WOODIE - 07 Feb 2005 06:29 - 14 of 22

WHITBREAD CUT TO 'NEUTRAL' VS 'BUY' AT UBS

SPIRENT UPGRADED TO 'BUY' VS 'NEUTRAL' AT UBS

daves dazzlers - 07 Feb 2005 07:34 - 16 of 22

Morning all.

Druid2 - 07 Feb 2005 08:06 - 17 of 22

Morning all. Will FTSE breach 5000 and BARC 600 this week? The Observer's mention of 15% increase in profits and divi's plus speculation that it will be a target for a foreign bidder may help BARC.

Greystone - 07 Feb 2005 08:29 - 18 of 22

Morning Druid. I think BARC has the better chance of topping your figure. FTSE air gets a bit thin towards the 5000 mark...

Stan - 07 Feb 2005 09:13 - 19 of 22

Morning All,

Sold RR.+5.

Druid2 - 07 Feb 2005 09:29 - 20 of 22

5000 used to be support quite some time ago but now it could be resistance!!

stockbunny - 07 Feb 2005 14:03 - 21 of 22
