Aerobox (ARX)

keith thomas - 20 Apr 2004 17:06

will it ever recover to the 38p i paid for them??

proptrade - 23 Jun 2004 18:20 - 60 of 520

you are bang on the money biscuit, wait and see.

Andy - 23 Jun 2004 18:35 - 61 of 520

Biscuit,

I agree.

The product looks very promising, and it COULD be a winner, but as of yet, no new orders so ARX is burning cash.

I have a feeling there will be a placing soon, and as they are nearly always at a discount to market ptice, it may well be prudent to wait.

dandu71 - 25 Jun 2004 11:57 - 62 of 520

Good positive trading update released today, helping to raise the price......

proptrade - 25 Jun 2004 12:02 - 63 of 520

but still nothing new. we need to see new orders on the pad before buying.

keith thomas - 25 Jun 2004 13:23 - 64 of 520

If the statement is accurate do you think that the company can now really progress quite quickly?

keith thomas - 25 Jun 2004 13:41 - 65 of 520

Almost all buys today, some very big.
Is this the start or is it a false dawn??

Aerotus - 25 Jun 2004 14:05 - 66 of 520

Of course this is the start keith! ARX are in a far more advanced position than when they were at 40p last time. Dreams and hype are being turned into reality now and ARX is not going to hang around under 30p for much longer!

proptrade - 25 Jun 2004 14:43 - 67 of 520

oh to be that optimistic....

keith thomas - 25 Jun 2004 14:51 - 68 of 520

If the statement is to believed, then as a novice it makes sense to me that the company is in for a profitable period in the future

Aerotus - 25 Jun 2004 15:19 - 69 of 520

Of course they are going to be profitable. Once the factory is up and running, orders will be flooding in, and with no competition in sight, ARX will be free to rack up the profits. ARX is going places!

drinkgood - 25 Jun 2004 16:49 - 70 of 520

Wow...am I reading this right...up 17% today..??

cavman2 - 25 Jun 2004 20:01 - 71 of 520

I have bought loads of these at different prices including at the top and after todays news i think i will buy some more.

proptrade - 25 Jun 2004 23:21 - 72 of 520

good luck..i just think that until we SEE SOMETHING NEW this company with yo-yo. i am the first to admit that once order come through these will fly and i will join the party. certainty is what is required.

keith thomas - 28 Jun 2004 14:23 - 73 of 520

.

Andy - 28 Jun 2004 22:53 - 74 of 520

keith,

What concerned me about the statement was it seemed to addressing directly concerns raised on the BB's!

And companies don't read those, do they?

I would also have liked to see something new, instead of largely a rehash of information that was laready in the public domain.

ARX remains on the watchlist, but I don't (currently) intend to buy at today's price, I have a feeling it will retrace again.

proptrade - 29 Jun 2004 09:30 - 75 of 520

Andy,

wise words, i thought the same about the update. if anything i was a little concerned about their immediate capacity constraints and whether they could even fill the small orders they have.

i think we will certainly see sub-20 again and that management was on a roadshow for the sake of it...

AeroBox plc ('AeroBox')

RE: Termination of Agreement with Watermark Group plc ('Watermark')

The Directors of AeroBox are disappointed to note that Watermark has commenced
proceedings. The Directors of AeroBox intend to defend the claim by Watermark
whilst remaining committed to pursuing any compromise that would protect
shareholder value in AeroBox. These proceedings will not deflect AeroBox from
its business.

The Directors of AeroBox have been attempting since November 2003 to obtain
proper documentary evidence of the claims by Watermark for the reimbursement of
marketing spend in accordance with the joint venture agreements. This dispute
caused the trading relationship with Watermark to deteriorate to such an extent
that the Board of AeroBox reluctantly decided that it was not possible to
continue in any form of relationship with Watermark as there had been a
fundamental breach of trust by Watermark that went to the heart of the contract.
As a direct consequence an immediate Notice of Termination was served by
AeroBox, on 27 May 2004 on the grounds that Watermark, by failing to back up its
claims for marketing spend, was not acting in good faith. AeroBox had previously
issued a 6 months' termination notice expiring on 7 November 2004.

Since 27 May 2004, there have been further attempts to negotiate a compromise
with Watermark. Unfortunately Watermark has continued to defend its own position
rather than resolve the matter.

The Directors of AeroBox can only hope that the prospect of close scrutiny by
the Courts will bring Watermark to their senses before more time and money is
wasted to the detriment of shareholder value in both companies.

Great opportunity to top up for those who believe ARX will win the court case.
But yes, I agree big price drop possibly down to 14p before a recovery. ARX needs news on orders or this is going down big time.
