Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

not me then?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 16 Jul 2007 11:33 - 6004 of 7315

guys,

apparently we had an issue which required us to do a restart on our machines. This is what caused the temporary login problem.

I have lost L2 on two occasions today. Once in early trade when I lost site access completely and again now when L2 disappeared.

Thank you.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Jul 2007 09:45 - 6008 of 7315

Chea,

All seems to be fine here - I will monitor things, could you try closing your browser and going in again? If you are still having problems or the problem happens again please let me know,

Ian

Ian,

OK, thanks.

For info., had already carried out a browser restart but did not prevent it happening again.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Jul 2007 09:52 - 6010 of 7315

Chea,

I have just managed to reproduce what you are talking about we are taking a look.

Ian,

Thanks.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jul 2007 10:30 - 6012 of 7315

very sluggish response again on level 2

IanT(MoneyAM) - 17 Jul 2007 10:31 - 6013 of 7315

bhunt,

we are on the case - it is being caused by one of our servers we are in the process of isolating it to fix the problem.

Dynamite,

I can't recreate this here, I'm afraid. Ian isn't in at the moment, but should be at around 10. Hopefully he may know more about these issues.
