If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Just heard back from our suppliers they have experienced flooding in one of their control rooms - they are in the process of switching the feed to a back up which shoudl be online shortly and they timing should catch back up - again please accept my apologies for this.
I will monitor things at this end,

ON the back of that - the switch may result in some lost data during the actual change - I apologise for this in advance,

Our suppliers have changed the feed, and things should now be starting to catch up. We have noticed a few rogue 0 volume orders which we are removing.

bhunt,
There are no problems at this end - if only half the screen is filling up for you, it would sould like either the java is having problems or a firewall you are brhind is cauing this. Firstly try a restart on yoru machine. if that doesn't work try reloading the java (just click the word Java at the top of the stockwatch screen for the download). If neither of these work, you may need to take a look at the java settings on the firewall to see if they are set at a very high level.

Tried at least 6 times, same message each time.
A minor problem but a tad annoying.

greekman,
Alex hasn't worked his magic yet, but is on the case and should be resolved soon.
Ian
Edit: Magic worked - it should now be fixed - if you do see it again it will just be a cached page - if so delete temp internet files and all should be well.

greek,
It does appear that when you select 1 day date range on the basic charts they do this. If you use the intraday charts, you should be fine. I will get James to take a look at this,

greekman,
the custom charts are set to enable a date range, but not todays intraday - to get this use the intraday charts.
