Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?
If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?
Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?
What will the price of oil be in 4 weeks time?

Objectivity doesn't come into it. If Israel behaved differently in major ways there would be room for objectivity. As the situation stands Israel are in the wrong. Giving back huge amounts of land and agreeing to share the whole of Palestine as was in 1948 is what it would take for peace. Anything less and Israel will be at war with Arab countries for ever. The Palestinians are just taking part in armed resistance.

I wonder how objective England was in the fight against Adolph Hitler. What would our attitude have been had we lost the war and Germans were forcibly settled in England with our land being stolen as a result? The Palestinians are fighting Adolph Netenyahu and the Israeli settlers. All methods of resistance are to be expected. Let us hope that the leaders of Israel are targetted.

Tanker,
I suggest you travel to the region and talk to the people on the street to understand how frustrated they are about this nonsense conflict.
Killing will cause more revenge and ruins the likelihood of peace. Relative of those who die will not compromise anymore. So the situation gets worst...
Do not support the killing and/or conflict.

There's a convincing argument to be made that one of the main reasons Israel have retaliated against the rockets is so that we can all have a giggle at Haystack's ignorance.

There speaks a supporter of Israel. All Israel know is aggression. They have never talked peace in any meaningful way. The good thing is that Israel is becoming more and more isolated. They have the same few friends with more countries turning against them. It will be interesting to see the vote after Nov 29 when Palestine apply for recognition at the UN. the vote should be around 130 or more for and maybe 20 against.

12 EU countries will vote for Palestine to have observer status. The vote needs only a simple majority. After Palestine get UN observer membership they can file war crimes and crimes against humanity at the Hague International Criminal Court against Israel. This would include charges against individuals such as Netenyahu, Israel's various defence ministers. Guilty verdicts would preclude all foreign travel as there would be obligations of arrest on all members countries of the UN. certainly the 131 who vote for Palestine would arrest Israeli individuals.
