The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Tabatha
The only cretins around here are those who refused to see where this was heading and unfortuntely that includes you.
Why is it several posters here saw this train wreck coming and others didn't? Think about it. We were all reading the same releases. It does not surprise me there is an attempt to make a distinction on moral grounds and pigeon-hole folk. Holders preferred to abuse those calling the bear position rather than properly answer the questions. Who's immoral? Mute point IMO.
I also notice neither of Hil's very valid posts have been even acknowledged. A bull reply would be nice.

Chilli,
I hope for your sake that is the end of the story.
A petitioner can apply to the court for an order that the petition be withdrawn provided, amongst other things, they can satisfy the court that the petition had not been previously advertised. Why, if Trevillion had already reached an agreement with MDX as MDX have claimed, did he then proceed to advertise the petition instead of applying to withdraw it? As I say, it's only MDX who are saying they've reached an agreement. I do hope that they really have reached an agreement, but as things stand there is a possibility which can't be discounted that Trevillion is still going for the jugular.
Why don't you ring Trevillion's lawyers to find out for yourself what their stance is. Don't tell them you're an investor, but instead make out that you're a creditor and say you are thinking of supporting the petition. That's what I'd do.

Hilaryit has been rns that both legal parties agreed to the revised figurethat is fact the condition on meldex part was the winding-up petition had to been withdrawn prior to being publicized in the London Gazetteit appears to me that RT went against his legal advisors in order to invite others? [his cake and eat it]he has no chance of succeeding now.. imholets beg to differ..
Jeffdouble post on the Bull.to answer your questionyour view on the comments about RT.I think he is talking like he has just eaten ten vindaloos on the bouncefrom the end of December 2007 and a good part of early 2008... he was looking after his wife who was hospitalised and very ill and then soon after or concurrently.. his son became ill and entered a comadid his mum then get taken by a terrorist organisation and forced to make love to Bin Ladenhis dad turned into a transvestite and died when his spandex jumpsuit exploded while playing with himself watching an Eddie Izzard dvd ffshe is responsible for the rns that went outmillions were invested on those statements that he signed offthe man is dead and buried and hes squirming like a toadBarry will not be beatenand some of you on here will eventually understand that
The second Bull post explained his position!

Chilli,
I'm not here with an ulterior motive. I'm just pointing out an alternative viewpoint. I'm sure that you will continue to make your own decisions.
As examples of that alternative viewpoint:
"it has been rns that both legal parties agreed to the revised figure"
it has been rns that MDX has agreed to a revised figure
"the condition on meldex part was the winding-up petition had to been withdrawn"
With a winding-up position having been presented, under what circumstances exactly are MDX in any position to impose conditions? It seems to me that it's a straight choice of cough up or tits up.
"it appears to me that RT went against his legal advisors"
Trevillion pays his advisors. They take his instructions and do as he tells them. It's simple.
"he has no chance of succeeding now"
It seems to me that as he's already been paid around 1/3 of his claim, he might feel that he's already suceeded. And if MDX want to stay afloat they'll have to either stump up another 50k or reach an agreement with him.
I only do black and white, Chilli. I'm not interested in fancy tints.

Tabby , I can't be ar*ed to look but when RT called IFRS accounting standards "nonesense" I laid into him and his take on the companies prospects.
My guess without looking back is you (and possibly scottie) laid into me and RT and results were best thing since sliced bread.
From someone who is never wrong (your words) why is everyone picking on him now ... death threats etc ???

I post information by The Bull on these bbs because I believe his comments to be honest and open mindedto my knowledge he is the only person that is currently talking with Barry/Garry and TLFBT on behalf of the pis..

RT has been very dodgy, infact his actions (RNSs) may be criminal. He is desperate to avoid the legal consequences of his actions and is looking for any way out.
figure - I chose my most unfortnate advfn name back in 1999 maybe 2000 when that tech rally was going on. Have lived with 8-9 years of bear hell since then.
This may provoke some strong reaction, but I got the distinct impression from RT that he blames Barry for a lot to do with the companies woes because of the timing of his bid which was never genuine (not my words) and was only designed to stop the company from raising more money for an imminent aquisition as part of his growth strategy.
I asked suggested that I had heard rumours that he had encouraged a bid and he denied this and said the whole offer period was very damaging to the company. I said that I had heard that money could be raised during an offer period so why should it be damaging and if it could not be raised, why were we in an offer period for so long and those bidders told to withdraw.
He said that money could not be raised unless you could prove to potem that that this/these offers were frustrating capital raising. He used some terminology which utilised the word frustrating in, I cannot exactly remember the phrase. He said Potem refused the request which I find extraorinary.
I am not a mouthpiece for RT, I am simply trying to make some more sense of what has been going on and am trying to remain open minded. For what it's worth I retract nothing from my long post yesterday and believe Barry is a Top fella and I hope our trust in him is well rewarded. I am not going to blindly trust anyone though and am prepared to listen. I have suffered horrendous losses these past 8 years but fortunately have a business that is doing ok. If Meldex fails, I reckon it will cost me another 10 years on my working life unless I get lucky elsewhere

He is almost forced to come out with something like that with one or two muppets accusing him of being fed a few lines by RT. He sounds honest and genuine shame a few like to take pops.
