Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

When I click on Help, I get this message.

Tried at least 6 times, same message each time.

A minor problem but a tad annoying. Why is this occuring. Now intermitent over 2 weeks

Just crashed (on a Mac so unusual) noticed that "simple....counter.com" was in the load up strip at the bottom.

Are "simple.........etc" anything to do with MAM please? and what are they up to.

Clicking on L2 tabs not resulting in change. Closed and reopened L2 (very slow) and still the same.

Morning all,

I am L2 at present thinking of upgrading to terminal. I have tried several times this AM, clicking on DEMO and each time it takes me to the Home Page.(No demo appears).
I have tried other demo buttons and they all do the same.
(Mainly for your info).

Your link works OK, so I tried it the previous way. I clicked on my account, then upgrade, then demo and (weird) but this time OK.
I do keep getting a message, This site contains secure and insecure etc. Do you want to shown he insecure, etc.
This comes up every time I try to post anything or change links.
I keep clicking the secure button. ( Sorry but a bit technophobic) but this has only just started to occur continually. Could this be the problem.
