If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Thanks Ian.
Should have thought of that. It obviously put the S there in case I wanted to upgrade. Now working fine.
Cheers Greek.

All other level 2 suppliers had this sorted yesterday, as usual moneyam has a problem. USELESS AS USUAL.

This is a farce, i'd be embarrased to be at the helm. Cannot even get a correct level 2 feed. Can i ask who supplys you with your data feed as every other level 2 supplier has had no problem.

dave,
The supplier is comstock (interactive data) - they are working on this problem which is affecting the seaq stocks for which land quotes.
All sets, the majority of setsmm and seaq stocks which land does not quote for are correct, and this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you for your comments,
Ian

Ian,
I and a colleague have a problem that the trades transactions are running 30 minutes behind. Current RBS trades are timed at 9.50
I know I have had this problem before but it has been OK until a few days ago.
Is there something wrong at your end with the Trades pages?
Cheers,
TT
