TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 05 Aug 2004 13:18

Hello.

Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

MoneyAM Website
Closing bid/offer prices skewed
Charts: OHLC not being saved, breaking candle sticks.
Market Scan issues.

If there is any that I have missed, please let us know.

Ian

Similar problem with Stockwatch, whether in a single browser or using Terminal. Grey screen initially then eventually Java(TM)2 symbol appears but no data.

Kivver - 09 Aug 2004 08:31 - 63 of 616

As the old saying say 'if it aint broke, dont fix it'.

MAny apologies for this, we are experiencing some problems with streaming services at the moment - I will update you as soon as I have any further information.

All,

We are working on the problems at the moment and believe to have found the cause.

I am very sorry for the problems this has caused, but the streaming under load wasnt able to be tested at the weekend.

We hope to have this fixed very soon.

Can anyone get Stockwatch?

If you can, try going to a different area (e.g. Investors Room) & then returning to Stockwatch.

That's when it didn't work for me.

azhar - 09 Aug 2004 08:34 - 68 of 616

utilisada - 09 Aug 2004 08:36 - 69 of 616

Xargon - 09 Aug 2004 08:56 - 75 of 616

Only shouting? As a developer myself, I find that a cattle prod is more effective!
