optomistic - 15 May 2004 21:50 - 6125 of 23498

Not in the piccies jeffmack, just use the airfield that 578 flew from, Burn nr Selby, as I said too young to have been part of the action.

stockbunny - 16 May 2004 10:52 - 6126 of 23498

Good Morning People!!
Bunny here has been madly painting for the last week and still
isn't finished yet but never mind, but that has meant a whole
week without going anywhere near the computer. (It has taken
this personally you understand and refuses to talk to me now!!)

NO I haven't prematurely aged half a century that's white paint
in my hair and over my ears!!! I have difficulty you see working out where the ceiling ends and my head begins when I'm up a ladder!!!!

GD - Picnic up on the roof if you're interested later on...

Seems to have been a lot of burgers eaten in here last few days
so lots of good-for-you salads in the fridge and with all the odd
nuts left laying about there's a also a nut-roast for lunch - it's ok
all you have to do is pick out the fluff....
(Can't be helped must economise as the catering budget's low this week!!)

Ahhh......feet up on bar.....I've missed being in here!!!

optomistic - 16 May 2004 10:58 - 6127 of 23498

Morning Bunny, I was just about to ask if anyone was up yet and in you popped. I bet the rest of the 'girls' were on the town last night and sleeping it off.
Good to see you back, hope you can get all the paint off. Have a nice rest day
opto

stockbunny - 16 May 2004 14:12 - 6128 of 23498

Thank you Opto and a sunny Sunday to you too!
See you around next week, but with more painting to do I'm not sure
when, however if one of my recovery stocks has a good week and needs
close monitoring you may see more of me than the paintbrush does!!

Golddog - 16 May 2004 15:48 - 6129 of 23498

Hi bunny, a picnic on the cafe roof will be great, meet you up there. Looks like someone will have to get that paint out of your hair.

Morning all,

Missed placing my bet on the Gee Gees due to having to go off for a very exhausting weekend, which I'm don't think I'm going to do again.

I am in need of a full English - but first I'm going off to do a little exercise to really work up a appetite . Anyone care to join me in 10 min (for the breakfast not the exercise!)

vasey - 17 May 2004 11:31 - 6141 of 23498

Almost 11.30 - time to start work on making fresh Pimms, with all the traditional ingredients. I'll put some large glasses in the fridge to chill and leave some fresh prawns marinading in garlic, chilli and a little yoghurt so they just need a couple of minutes under the grill for a quick snack for the girlies when they drop in.....

jj50 - 17 May 2004 11:36 - 6142 of 23498

Vasey - sounds delicious. Shall be in for prawns in half an hour - I can sympathise with the prawns as I feel I have had a grilling myself this morning! Off to do some damage limitation! Hoping the sun will come out again as it has clouded over here and I was hoping to join you all on terrace for that fresh Pimms...... see you later

little woman - 17 May 2004 12:52 - 6143 of 23498

Pimms, excellent idea vasey, and "hot & spicy" prawns, my favourite.

Has anyone tried the ready made up Pimms in a can?
