Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Morning,
My terminal has gone funny :-( Half a dozen boxes say Service Temporarily unavailable due to maintenance downtime or capacity probs. When I refresh a different set of boxes say the same thing and in the meantime the rest of terminal works fine!!!

sam problems here - especially when trying to access level 2

Apologies all - Alex has just fixed this - close down your terminal and then go back in and all should now be fine.

Now that it's back, L2 seems quite slow.

Sorry I spoke to soon - he is just making a few more alterations, and all should be back to normal in a few moments,

Nope ...still doing it

IanT(MoneyAM) - 03 Sep 2007 08:17 - 6179 of 7315

He is just isolating what is causing this and should all be back to normal in a moment,

Ian

Dynamite - 03 Sep 2007 08:18 - 6180 of 7315

worked after a few more refreshes

Chea - 03 Sep 2007 08:33 - 6181 of 7315

L2 gone again(serv.temp.unavail)?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 03 Sep 2007 08:34 - 6182 of 7315

Chea,

If you refresh, you should be fine - Alex is looking into what is causing this intermittent issue,

Ian,
When I go ACM- news, I get three items for today.
Select the earliest and read it.(RNS)
When I select 'more announcements' ,it
comes up blank. It does not show the two
following announcements(AFX) so I have to
go back to news etc to read them.
I notice that they are all RNS,in the 'more'
list and no AFX.

tyketto,

I will take a look and see if I can reproduce it,

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 03 Sep 2007 14:09 - 6185 of 7315

tyketto,

The more announcements button that you see when you go into the RNS relates purely to RNS as these are announcements and not news per se - that button is designed to give you a list of all recent RNS on the stock you are looking at and not AFX,

Ian - I've broken the following thread with some half-assed URL link:

http://www.moneyam.com/TradersRoom/posts.php?tid=11977

Could someone fix it? Thanks.
