If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Drunker,
Unfortunately, that doesn't give us anything to go on - as I say they seem to be displaying fine here - could you try restarting yoru machine? Also might be worth checking that any ad blocking software or your firewall is not blocking them.

Chea,
I have just taken a look and have no t been able to reproduce this _ willl get Alex to take a look, but the server which was originally causing this issue is not in the group at the moment. In the meantime, could you close down your browser and restart it to let me know if that makes a difference?

Ian,
Thanks.
Whatever the glitch, it has recurred since earlier.

Chea,
I am still struggling to reproduce it - Alex has done restarts on our machines, and we will monitor the situation just in case it happens again.

Ian,
My aplogies - busy morning. My message should have read, ".. has NOT recurred since earlier."! [shame-faced]
I hope this hasn't caused undue inconvenience.

Keith,
No problems at this end - it may be that a pop up blocker has become enabled on your machine. This could be in your browser, a firewall, or on any tool bars that you have installed on your browser such as google or yahoo.

Dynamite,
Thanks for letting us know. I've restarted a couple of the servers that might have been running slowly. Hopefully this will help.
