Site problems

Madison - 02 May 2005 23:49

Anyone else having login problems?

Most of the time tonight I haven't even been able to get to the login page at all. When it finally decided to appear it then took much longer than usual to let me on. After this I was almost immediately asked to logon again.

I have a broadband connection and no problems with any other site. I've done all the standard checks, rebooting, clearing temp files etc...

Cheers, Madison

Hi Ian,

Sorry to bother you with my previous problem. Have you had any success finding out what is happening? I logged onto your website via my P910 yesterday and got a quote, only for my next quote to produce the message 'This page contains fatal errors and cannot be displayed' I've since had that same message everytime I request a quote, on different stocks. Very frustrating.

If you know of any reasons why this keeps happening I'd be grateful for your feedback,

Many thanks

Chiva

Chiva20,

We can't support viewing the full MoneyAM site on PDAs becuase there are many reasons why things may not work correctly (browser incompatiabilities, provider problems, caching issues)

The site is designed to be viewed on a normal web-browser on a desktop machine and becuase of this limitation we created the MoneyAM Mobile service which should allow you to view streaming watchlists on your PDA.
