The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

I'm wondering how these little bits and pieces we've heard the past month is affecting folks' valuation of this pile of crap. All these things used to attract unbelievable forecasts for earnings, NAV, etc.

What's left of MDX? Dexo gone, Melbrosin gone, Tampa closed. Is there anything that actually creates sales?
If they do manage to find a nomad the impairment review will massacre the so called assets with a similar effect on the SP. Might as well go into admin and start again, BJM is well placed to look after the IP.

Good Morning allI have looked at the Meldex fraud from as many angles as possible
The 10 or 11 weeks from the start of Steve Martins potential offer..[17th July] . is a period that needs complete scrutinythe RNS from the company do not stack up which ever way you look at themafter SM comments to Lexuss at the meeting one would have thought he above all would not wont the companySo for what reason was the potential offer made?
Just a couple of weeks later in July the Mail run a article claiming a profit warning for the companyHiral Patel was going to gowhere did this come from? With previous RNSSM.this has to be a Mail sh*t stirring guess!Obviously notWill the Mail now help with investigations?their mole must have known the financial position of Meldexwhich was signed off and published 48 days laterNo Profit Warning!!!
Within a blink of an eyeHiral Patel.. Finance Director is to leave the Company with immediate effectin hindsight this could have meant he was the weakest link in the scam...the jolly old bottle just wentor did his conscious get the better? anyway he was not prepared to move along to a higher level of fraudpen to paper...The Interim Results
The role of Finance Director will be filled on an interim basis by Helmut KerschbaumerOh dear!..
Just 16 days later we announce FinnCap as nominated adviserHMMMMMMMM.and didnt they do well coming out with their accurate notewhatever we paid them it was primarily for minimum due diligenceStranger still and out of the blue 5 days after the FinnCap announcement our CEOTFLBT goesalthough he did have a working relationship with Finns through another one of his little numbersCentrom (CET)..Not to worry just 26 days later the straight as a dye Chairman Dr Jim Murray keeps us sweet with this classic:-
Turnover increased to 23.7m (H1 2007: 8.7m)
Substantial increase in adjusted operating profit* to 3.2m (H1 2007: 760k)
Profit before tax of 2.8m (H1 2007: 831k)
EPS of 0.8p (H1 2007: 0.0p)
Current Trading and Outlook
Since the period end, the Company has experienced solid trading driven by organic growth, increased sales of existing products and launches of new products by Meldex and its distributors.
We are particularly excited by the prospects of several key developments which we believe have the potential to drive revenue in the medium to long term.So everything is tickety boo Jimgreat to hear it!
Jim while you are therea special thanks for this comment in the interims:- I wish to again thank and acknowledge the continuing loyalty and support of the shareholders of the Company.
Yes we all get your point Jim!
From myself a special thanks to all the previous BODs for such a fantastic JackanoryI know from an investors side it is now our time to shineI also know such stars as niplad was warned off along with many othersthis is now far too big and public to go awayBAZZA/GAZZA...the company will fight them.. along with the FSA SFOand most investors including myselfit has become more than a money issue!!!

In that case bouncy why have words in our dictionary such as compensationrecompenseor rules/laws that will not allow such acts as frauddeceptionembezzlement
The company will fight ex. BODs... The FSA SFO are doing just that as we speakwhen the guilty parties have been convicted I will make my claimThe case will have been provenif compensation is distributed by way of company litigation success.I will review my position

ah - but you're the expert in pineapples.
So far as bones is concerned, you seem to receive a lot of disinformation about me - and you fall for and repeat it all, hook line and sinker. Anyone would think these emails were on a par with an MDX RNS.
I, and a few people on this thread have met bones - and he's a very perceptive chap. Were he to post on this thread, I'm sure he'd tell you what a foolish and gullible twat you were.
