Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Your Master had not ... ever any plans
Theresa May at PMQs to Jeremy Corbin
'It's called leadership, he should try it'
"I have a plan, he does not have a clue." it was coming

With May now stating that the EU deal will be put to votes by MPs and the loafers , does this mean that the Supreme Court decision is now sort of meaningless . Sure someone knows .

They are different subjects. The court case is about triggering article 50. It looks likely that both will go to a vote.

She isn't.
Like Cameron will remain as leader of the cons and party leader after the result of the referendum.
(Mind I suppose he did for a few weeks.)

If there is a need for a vote then the MP's will vote to trigger article50,
they will pass it to try and save their sorry little arses.
Supreme court to report their decision next Tuesday..
And as to that incorrect statement from fred...(Mind I suppose he did for a
few weeks).
Cameron resigned on the 24th June!!!

I very much doubt that even that lot, the Scots and Dim Tim apart, will vote against article 50 being triggered. She has to wait on the court decision before deciding on whether a bill is in fact required and the wording of the bill. If required, the current expectation is that it will be tabled in mid February.

The EU governments are going at lengths to try to prove to everybody how much better it is to be in rather than out, .....they must be worried that they are not going to be able to achieve this, which could jeopardize supposedly the single market.....in fact they need Britain more than we need them.....they will be thinking : how can we avoid the situation where in a few months/years time some countries across the water will be looking at each other thinking about their own euro--exit....

I think it is more likely that Europe feels sorry for a recalcitrant child who has lost its way.
Half the child wanting to leave home and the other half confused by its own stupidity.
65 million facing up to 450 million.
I wonder what the odds are.
