Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Chea,

Apologies again - we have seen it here intermittently at that time as well - James will investigate,

Ian

I am looking at AMER and it shows 4 trades totalling 426,800 - yet the tiotal shows 626,800.

Is this new or an error - ie does the total show trades that are not reported - or is it a bug ??

IanT(MoneyAM) - 10 Sep 2007 09:37 - 6226 of 7315

bhunt,

This is being looked into by our suppliers,

Ian

I notice on Dragon Oil that Level 2 prices change and there can be quite a delay on streaming to show the price movement, is one of them playing up?

Mick,

We will take a look,

Mick,

I am monitoring this with DGO to see if I can see anything. James has checked the back end and all seems to be as it should. I will let you know if I can reproduce this.

No problem Ian, just sometimes it seems to delay moving on streaming after its already moved on level 2, seems to have been ok for last half hour, last time I noticed it was when bid moved up from 2.4425 to 2.445 with delay on streaming.

On NIS the link to today's RNS appears to be broken

IanT(MoneyAM) - 11 Sep 2007 07:59 - 6232 of 7315

kernow,

Our RNS suppliers are having an issue they are looking into this.

Ian

bhunt1910 - 11 Sep 2007 08:16 - 6235 of 7315

Level 1 - the change amount is incorrect eg Toledo mining is showing a price cghange of 6p on level 1 and 2p on level 2 - level 2 is correct

IanT(MoneyAM) - 11 Sep 2007 08:17 - 6236 of 7315

bhunt1910 - 11 Sep 2007 08:19 - 6237 of 7315

It looks like some changes are reflecting the difference on opening prices and others are reflecting the difference on closing prices

IanT(MoneyAM) - 11 Sep 2007 08:31 - 6238 of 7315

bhunt,

It looks like some of the closing prices sent through were not correct, we are speaking to our supplier at the moment,

Ian
