MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

ptholden - 06 Feb 2009 17:16 - 6266 of 8631

wonder if bjm has any interest in the independant pharma? Selling the rest of the family silver?

Gausie - 06 Feb 2009 17:49 - 6267 of 8631

Don't worry Tabby - all is not lost.

Ok, a few more assets will have had to be written off - but not the whole lot. I hear that they still have the office stapler and a half used packet of yellow post-it notes.

Big Al - 06 Feb 2009 18:43 - 6268 of 8631

Do they help you extract pineapples, G. I might put in a bid. LOL!

Dil - 06 Feb 2009 20:15 - 6269 of 8631

Lol biggest creditor of Melbrosin is MDX .... what a suprise !

Told you that debtor figure was pie in the sky when the interims were released tabby but you knew better.

KK's as guilty as the rest of the feckers wish Lexuss would get on with it and sue the feckin lot of them.

Dil - 06 Feb 2009 20:17 - 6270 of 8631

And as to "talking" to a few NOMADS .... "pleading" may be more accurate description.

Dil - 06 Feb 2009 20:28 - 6271 of 8631

I see reality is at last sinking in with some tabby ... don't be last.

eakin - 6 Feb'09 - 17:27 - 45969 of 46071

A truely shocking update!

eakin - 6 Feb'09 - 17:37 - 45980 of 46071

Barry e-mails someone this week saying the prognosis is good!
Yet in every RNS we hear nothing but bad news, and no positives at all!

I am all on for hearing straight talk but I simply refuse to believe there are no positives to inform the shareholders of!

eakin - 6 Feb'09 - 17:45 - 45992 of 46071

Barry Muncaster - Sep 08
The Company is now in the best shape it''s ever been, but there''s still room for improvement and that will be forthcoming.

Dil - 06 Feb 2009 20:35 - 6272 of 8631

Isn't eakin the one who wants my shares for 1p tabby ?

bargainbob - 6 Feb'09 - 20:34 - 46073 of 46147

I maybe be totally thick here but BJM did help the kk's agenda . Only two weeks ago he confirmed to me that the kks were totally straight and RT was to blame for it all.

I now know why the other group have said after interviewing everyone involved with Meldex they do not trust ANY OFF THEM !!!

Dil - 07 Feb 2009 00:34 - 6274 of 8631

aflynn - 6 Feb'09 - 21:13 - 46079 of 46147

A message to Barry:

Step aside, you have no chance in hell of getting a nomad, the fucking Ks are running rings round you and GC and taking the piss. I live in Perth Scotland but I have a wide range of professionals and experts at my shirt sleeves, ex pupils some are in the City of London and the word is that the nomads do not trust you.

I have also ex pupils involved in the German markets, they just cannot understand why Meldex got caught up with the Ks nor why KPMG due diligence allowed some aspects of input that were so blurred no one could read them to pass through scrutiny. It would appear that none or very little attempt was made to determine the ways and means on how they took over Melbrosin.

10 to a penny they will pick up Melbrosin for less than 20% of what Meldex valued them when we took them over and thats probably an exaggeration.

I do not know if Inghu or Lexuss are still interested but from research and contacts Lexuss has the reputation that would be acceptable to the city and no doubt be trusted by a few Nomads. It is a pity, no doubt I will get a heap of abuse, that their CEO did not take over. The funny thing is that I like you and have faith in you and the IP but as a director or CEO you hit the nail on your own head, it ain't your cup of tea.

May I suggest you get out as soon as possible if you want any return on your money. No doubt you are doing a sterling job in sussing out the problems the company face but for goodness sake step aside and let others solve them.

Austin

SCRUTABLE - 24 Jan'09 - 11:52 - 2716 of 2820
...................I am absolutely appalled that the two Ks are still trusted after having swallowed most of the company's cash balance and working capital. I had hoped that a replacement management would have applied forensic skills to the disappearing cash trail pointing towards Vienna, which became a torrent after the two Ks joined the board, particularly after taking complete control in September

The retention of the two Ks is a very bad sign. Maybe that is just GCs pragmatic solution to retain some value in Melbrosin, but don't count on his ability to counteract the financial suction power of the wily two Harry Limes

Loinerscum - 24 Jan'09 - 12:44 - 2720 of 2820
Scrutable........
5. Given that you refer to the two K's as "the wily two Harry Limes" are you insinuating that they are thieves, drug manipulators or both? They might perhaps be rash claims to make on a public bulletin board don't you think?
[ For info, the Harry Lime character played by Orson welles in Carol Reeds 1949 film the The Third Man, ran a racket stealing penecillin from military hospitals and then selling it heavily watered down on the black market, this led to patients dying due to not receiving adequate dosages ]

-----------------------------------------------------------------

It looks like Scrutable's views continues to be much more accurate than most on here and, as per the norm on this BB, is therefore slated much more than most.

I think Scrutable deserves way more credit than he has been given and his detractors should eat much more humble pie - but I doubt that will happen.

Dil - 07 Feb 2009 01:12 - 6276 of 8631

More and more are seeing the light tabby ... get off your high horse and admit you were wrong.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 12:48 - 46215 of 46280

Idee & Gestalt Ag owns on all the IP and 3rd party licences for all Melbrosin Products. (eg SlimCup/SlimThru, Menoflavon, Melprotect, Daosin, Phytosulin, Crescina etc etc)

Idee & Gestalt AG is 100% owned by Meldex - and it is wholly ringfenced from all other group companies.

The melbrosin companies were simply the vehicle to distribute the IP and Licences contained in Idee & Gestalt AG.

No Melbrosin companies does not mean no value in Idee & Gestalt AG - as the IP/Licences (products) could simply be dsitributed by another set of companies. (e.g. the KK's Sanguisan Company Network)

But no Idee & Gestalt AG for Meldex - would mean no ability to distribute any Melbrosin products.

The last time Idee & Gestalt was valued it was valued at approximately Euro 10 million. (Ex-Daosin, Phytosulin, Cognisin, Colosin).

If someone with a network of distribution companies in Austria and Germany were to pick it up for say Euro 2 million - then they would get a total bargain at shareholder expense.

Particularly if sales of the products for which Idee & Gestalt AG owns the IP/Licences - have never actually fallen - but instead have simly flatline and/or grown elsewhere off the radar and outside of Melbrosin.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 12:58 - 46219 of 46280

Fatboy9. Whoever owns Idee & Gestalt AG - owns the value of what was Melbrosin.

Anyone who argues otherwise - is either wholly ignorant or has an agenda which conflicts with those of all honest shareholders.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:23 - 46225 of 46280

No - Meldex own Idee & Gestalt AG 100%. And it is 100% ringfenced.

Copies of what it owns are vested at companies house - as part of the Sale & Purchase Agreement for Melbrosin.

Idee & Gestalt AG owns the rights to all Melbrosin OTC products through it's onwership of all the IP & Licences to all Melbrosin Products.

Meldex can of course sell Idee & Gestalt Ag - but that would need shareholder approval.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:41 - 46240 of 46283

nick2412. it has already been independently valued.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:24 - 46226 of 46280

doc - i have been working with Lexuss daily - for the last 5 weeks

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:44 - 46243 of 46280

Idee & Gestalt AG is wholly ringfenced.

The Administration of Austria & Germany would not affect it's intrinsic value.

I think you will find that a lot more will be forthcoming over the next few days.

More than sluething has happended.

Dil
once the chart broke down below 30 the writing was on the wall. unless this happened to price, or that, followed by this and then that etc. as you and a host of others on here tried to explain as best as possible.it seems that no one listened or heeded. such a shame, all for the price of a book or two.seems cheap to me. knowledge that is. experience on the other hand seems to come at a costly price.
oh well such is life.

jkd

jkd - 07 Feb 2009 21:11 - 6283 of 8631

it occurs to me
i neither care nor know about the internal conflicts or dissagreements within the company, it is all shown in its share price.as a chartist was this shown to me?
i believe it was. do i need to wait for rnss? not likely. give me a good book and a chart of share prices and rnns' go out of the window. not promoting woolies here.
just my opinion
