MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Idee & Gestalt Ag owns on all the IP and 3rd party licences for all Melbrosin Products. (eg SlimCup/SlimThru, Menoflavon, Melprotect, Daosin, Phytosulin, Crescina etc etc)

Idee & Gestalt AG is 100% owned by Meldex - and it is wholly ringfenced from all other group companies.

The melbrosin companies were simply the vehicle to distribute the IP and Licences contained in Idee & Gestalt AG.

No Melbrosin companies does not mean no value in Idee & Gestalt AG - as the IP/Licences (products) could simply be dsitributed by another set of companies. (e.g. the KK's Sanguisan Company Network)

But no Idee & Gestalt AG for Meldex - would mean no ability to distribute any Melbrosin products.

The last time Idee & Gestalt was valued it was valued at approximately Euro 10 million. (Ex-Daosin, Phytosulin, Cognisin, Colosin).

If someone with a network of distribution companies in Austria and Germany were to pick it up for say Euro 2 million - then they would get a total bargain at shareholder expense.

Particularly if sales of the products for which Idee & Gestalt AG owns the IP/Licences - have never actually fallen - but instead have simly flatline and/or grown elsewhere off the radar and outside of Melbrosin.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 12:58 - 46219 of 46280

Fatboy9. Whoever owns Idee & Gestalt AG - owns the value of what was Melbrosin.

Anyone who argues otherwise - is either wholly ignorant or has an agenda which conflicts with those of all honest shareholders.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:23 - 46225 of 46280

No - Meldex own Idee & Gestalt AG 100%. And it is 100% ringfenced.

Copies of what it owns are vested at companies house - as part of the Sale & Purchase Agreement for Melbrosin.

Idee & Gestalt AG owns the rights to all Melbrosin OTC products through it's onwership of all the IP & Licences to all Melbrosin Products.

Meldex can of course sell Idee & Gestalt Ag - but that would need shareholder approval.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:41 - 46240 of 46283

nick2412. it has already been independently valued.

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:24 - 46226 of 46280

doc - i have been working with Lexuss daily - for the last 5 weeks

Niplad - 7 Feb'09 - 13:44 - 46243 of 46280

Idee & Gestalt AG is wholly ringfenced.

The Administration of Austria & Germany would not affect it's intrinsic value.

I think you will find that a lot more will be forthcoming over the next few days.

More than sluething has happended.

Dil
once the chart broke down below 30 the writing was on the wall. unless this happened to price, or that, followed by this and then that etc. as you and a host of others on here tried to explain as best as possible.it seems that no one listened or heeded. such a shame, all for the price of a book or two.seems cheap to me. knowledge that is. experience on the other hand seems to come at a costly price.
oh well such is life.

it occurs to me
i neither care nor know about the internal conflicts or dissagreements within the company, it is all shown in its share price.as a chartist was this shown to me?
i believe it was. do i need to wait for rnss? not likely. give me a good book and a chart of share prices and rnns' go out of the window. not promoting woolies here.
just my opinion

Dil - 08 Feb 2009 11:03 - 6285 of 8631

Lol I bought for a bounce tabby as I've done on many occasions , some you win some you lose.

What I did was take a calculated risk , accepted the risk and on this occasion got it wrong but haven't lost a wink of sleep because of it.

My fundamental opinion of the company and those running it whether long or short over the last five years has never changed ... it's a crock of sh*te.

Off to iron my rugby shirt Martini bought me now tabby ... more chance of Meldex relisting than me seeing Wales lose today !

COME ON WALES !!!

Dil - 08 Feb 2009 11:05 - 6286 of 8631

jkd ... had 25p down as the key level it bounced from before. After it broke 20p then 10p was a cert .... rns after rns couldn't save it.

tabasco - 08 Feb 2009 12:25 - 6287 of 8631

Dil I aint got a problem with you having a punt on a bounceeven on a company you expected to fold quicker than a origami champion it is dangerous but can be rewardingwhat I do have a problem with.. is a number of people on here keep telling me to listen to them when I would guess there position in life is rather less inviting than my ownvery tiresome!.West Ham at 4-00 Wales at 3-00.we even beat you on the timesgood luck!

Good morning all>

JKD.the last thing I want to do is get up on a Sunday morning and answer one of your spectacularly daft posts"

Just popped in to catch up. Another classic post from Tabatha here. Pot, kettle, definitely black!! ;-))

Also sused why Tabby can't move on. He can't even move out of Gillingham, poor sod. LOL!

Anyway, I did catch the comment re aflynn. Was he another who waded in with dog's abuse simply because someone posted a contrarian view? Probably. Tha'ts the trouble with MDX types. They simply cannot believe they were wrong to buy the shares. Nothing dafter IMO and jkd makes a very valid point. It was there for all to see, be it the RNS releases or the charts.

Do you simply attack everyone who opposes you, Tabatha? You really are a daft old saddo, aren't you?

See y'all in a few days. ;-)))

hilary - 09 Feb 2009 15:04 - 6298 of 8631

Don't go knocking Gillingham, Big Al. It's the home of many a respectable pikey.

Has anybody bothered to find out what the score is with Trevillion and the winding up petition? It's due to be read in a week or two isn't it?

tabasco - 09 Feb 2009 15:27 - 6299 of 8631
